Place looked really nice but their advertisement that they accept cash is wrong. Spent 30 minutes trying to find another hotel at 2 am. They only accept credit/debit. And if you want to use cash anywhere near this location , prepare to make a down payment of $100 or $200 Location, overall, was beautiful. Very welcoming. Right by the lake. We were very excited to stay at this location but unfortunately this time we couldn't. Staff was friendly .

Our stay at the Travelodge in Traverse City Michigan has been absolutely wonderful. Every single person that works here has gone out of there way to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. I highly recommend you stay here.

The Travelodge was very clean and quiet. The A.C. worked very well and the bed was super comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the shower faucet drizzled constantly. Other than that it was great! The pool/hot tub was nice and even the continental breakfast was pretty good.

I like the Travelodge because of how close it is to town and the reasonable price. The service is friendly but the rooms are pretty average. Although I can't complain because they're clean and well-kept. This place is my go-to when planning a trip to TC.

It was small but efficient. Lost TV power when we got back due to a storm. It was fine though. We got to the "free breakfast kind of late so wasn't much left. All in all it was ok

Great place. Really clean and quiet. Very close to Grand Traverse Bay. The room was really clean and tastefully decorated. The outside was done in a nautical theme to go with the area. The price was VERY reasonable compared to the surrounding motels/hotels. Travel Lodge was indeed just as nice! Will definitely stay there again when we visit Traverse City!

Great value! Room was clean and we were placed at the back of the building so it was nice and quiet. Didn't get up early enough to try the continental breakfast. The front office staff were very friendly and professional.

The service was fantastic. The breakfast bar in the morning was well stocked. The room was clean although you could tell they have not upgraded the comforters on the bed because I had a burn hole in mine. My only real complaint was the bathroom. Very small. Lots of calcium build up on the shower head. The ceiling paint was flaking off and cracking. But all in all I had a very good stay there.

Staff was very friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and I was amazed at the price. I will definitely be staying here in the future! It's only a few minutes from downtown TC and also very close to restaurants and amenities. The continental breakfast was great as well. They are pet friendly. I brought my dog with me and didn't have any issues at all. I was very pleased with my stay and look forward to booking another room this summer!
