This is a horrible place to stay. I checked in and there are some one else's body hair on our beds. There are no ice machines on any floors except behind the front desk. You have to ask the person behind the for a cup of ice. The refrigerator doesn't work. The A/C doesn't work either. We came here for the CAL Ripken baseball tournament. I'm very disappointed. We asked for a refund and we would not stay here. They refused to give us our money back. We would not stay in a place like this
You get what you pay for, we lost but money but stayed at the Hampton Inn.response / report this review -

This is the WORST hotel EVER!!! Roaches everywhere and when I pulled the cover back to the bed I saw BED BUGS running around. I went to the office and they gave me the run around. They thought moving me from one room to the next would make it right and I would stay. I don't know what planet their from to think I would stay after I seen Bed BUGS and ROACHES and I'm sure many rooms have BED BUGS as I see other reviews. I been to many Choice Hotels and this does not even have the slightest bit of Quality Inn standards. Don't get fooled the restaurant and pool is closed and they still advertise it. When confirmed, it's been closed for few a years. I would highly recommend the owner or Choice Hotels to cut their losses and shut this place down. I greatly advise anyone thinking to stay here because of cheap rates to think twice.

I'm pretty sure the people who are making these 5 star comments either work there or know someone who doesbetween my husband and I.we received over a 100 Bed Bug Bites from this God Awful place. The room was by far the worse I have ever stayed in. Came for a weddingcouldn't find anything else in the area and we were so exhausted. Stayed at this terrible disgusting place.no phone in the room, TV didn't work and the carpet was wet. Despite all of these terrible reasons.This hotel gave me and my husband so many bed bug bites that we had to spend two days at the ER Several itch creams and Antibiotics later..Had my nerves tore upskin bruisedI called the health department on this sorry place and they went there and found the bed bugs.Took my butt right to a lawyer.You think you guys can hide and get away from this.

This motel is located in Henderson nc the rooms are in really great shape the staff is really nice and friendly and always there when you need them over all I would defenently recommend this motel to others

I spent a night a quality inn in the end of November. The next morning breakfast was laid out and Ms. Peggy Johnson and I had a very pleasant conversation. Good to know that there is good help. Peggy your an outstanding employee.

Our stay at the hotel was great. The room was fresh and our beds were neatly made. They even have a church there on Sundays. We asked our house keeper Kelly to recommend some great church's in the area and she lead our group to the location.
