Clean room with a country decor. Polite and friendly staff. Low price. Decent continental breakfast. Close to the airport. I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel is a short drive to Asheville but priced well below Asheville hotels.room was clean, people were nice. Breakfast was standard hotel. Zero complaints.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Room was on first floor. It was clean and comfortable. Typical hotel breakfast buffet offered each morning, (hot and cold), Limited variety though. I would stay here again if in the area in the future.

My entire family (16 Total) spent our vacation there. We had a great time. The resort was extremely nice and peaceful. The wildlife was exciting to watch.

The hotel itself is pretty and has a country feel to it. Rooms were as described.The staff was polite and helpful, room service was good as well. Overall, a great experience!

Was denied service because I live locally. I have 4 kids and found a potentially poisonous snake in my house yesterday. I need to rent a room while animal control fix the situation but they refused. I stayed here a few years ago but rented from a young woman and she was super nice. However, the manager took one look at my skin color and refused to help me saying that all locals are trouble so they don't rent to them. He even went on to say that it was a "red flag" that I even wanted to stay there so bad. I told him that before I thought they were a fantastic hotel and I have standards. However, To himmy standards are a red flag?? Wow. I am so disappointed.

Staff was nice. Beds are ok at best. Bad pillows. I didn't know it was a pet friendly hotel, and woke up at 7am to dogs barking in the hallway. To anyone with allergies that may be very important information!

This was a very pleasant experience for us. We weren't expecting much, but our room was clean and big. Bathroom was clean. Great soaps! Very nice front desk personnel. Breakfast was available, but as in all places without a restaurant, it was a microwave breakfast. If you're hungry, you'll find something. maybe. Not much of a mountain view, but a very comfortable and clean bed.
