The store associate was extremely unpleasant and rude. Honestly, she could probably stop talking about customers every time she turned around too. Definitely just go to the speedway across the street not worth it here.

I have never had any issues here. The people working here are very nice and helpful. The lady cashing me out today, however, coughed into her hand and then proceeded to hold my drink (as she was scanning it) from the part that I would be drinking it from which was kind of gross. Good service though!

My go to place for fuel and snacks. Donuts are fresh and delicious. Staff is usually friendly and quick to serve. This store I usually visit once a week and am never disappointed at service.

Managers seem to always have a real bad day in their personals, and they behave so rude to customers. Just because my friend was accompanying me and was not carrying his ID, they refused to sell me the liquor.

The managers are always rude and unpleasant. Never once have they said have a nice day or greeted me warmly. I won't be returning. Thank god speedway is right across the cheap and they are much cheaper!

My experience was horrible. I went to buy some chips but this one clerk, Tracy that was a total hag. She screamed at me for putting the chips on the desk five seconds late. I recommend going to the Okemos store. They even say "Have a nice day" or something like that

There brand new laundry mat machines destroyed my laundry and the manager would not replace my clothes after being ripped apart by their machines I am going to take them to small claims court because that was all my clothes
