They were very pleasant and the basic pedicure was better than I expected. The massage chairs send to be in need of an upgrade.

Each experience that I have here is a great one! You can't go wrong getting your nails done here, I fall in love with each new design I get and everyone is extremely nice

I came to this location on a lunch break. Lady said the wait would be 5 minutes. I waited.and then waited. A woman who had been serviced left, and then the lady said "Can you wait 7 more minutes, we are really busy". Huh??? :/
What I dont understand is there were 3 customers and more than 3 employees for them to be so called busy. I will never return!response / report this review -

I love this place! I haven't gone anywhere else since I've started getting my nails here done back in Dec. I'm in the shop faithfully every 2 weeks. Chi and June have to be the nicest, most professional techs there (they are the only ones I work with). I definitely recommend this location for a great gel polish manicure!

I'm very fussy about my manicures. Probably strike dread into the hearts of the operators who see me coming. I don't want my manicures to shout FRENCH!!!, but to whisper, (french). My favorite manicurist here, June, got it perfect the very first time. It usually takes several visits for a new operator to get it right. She's also the only operator in almost 40 years of having my nails wrapped, who was willing to work with me to make the necessary transition to 'wrap less' less painful. Their hours are great, walk ins are always accommodated, and the shop is clean and attractive. Another business who's won my referrals and loyalty.

The last 3 times I have gotten a manicure here, the technicians don't polish down to the cuticle, so in about 2 days, my nails looks 2 weeks old. In this picture I just left the salon and my nails look jacked up. This is so frusterating and this happens every time I come here. The location is so convenient to my job/home that I keep giving them another chance to do a better job. After this last visit I promise myself that I will not come back.

I've been to QD twice before and it was great. June is a nail wizard!! However, today I had a different nail technician than June and honestly had a terrible experience. I always get an acrylic fill, and today I was cut by the filer on every nail to the point of drawing blood. I was visibly upset and to the point of tears. Still was charged full price and was told I needed to tip in cash Probably won't return.

Had acrylic fill in with gel manicure. Everything was going great except she didn't let enough time for my nails to dry and she left my left hand nails diagonal instead of straight. She left too much space in bewteen my cuticle and color. I asked for the acrylic to look natural and thin, she did it two out of 5 nails. I tried to make conversation but she was too busy between me and other client. I don't think I'll be back here.

Got a manicure for my birthday ! Loved it Jenny was so nice and sweet & since it was my first time there I got 10% off and 5% off for paying in cash ! They did an excellent job and everything is neat and clean ! Definitely coming back again!
