My phone fell out of my pocket. When I realized that I didn't have it, I called it from my sister's phone. The conductor had it safely stored away waiting for my arrival. Thank you very much! Had a wonderful time traveling with every driver.

Nights of Lights Trolley Tour definitely had it's positives. Enjoyed the Christmas caroling on the trolley and loved the cookie and cider afterwards. I imagine the light displays from various businesses are different every year, but this was my first year experiencing everything. To be honest, the lights were a little disappointing. Mostly white lights and the only colored lights were on a smallish tree in one of the center courtyards. The lights near the Hilton were the best and the glasses provided by the trolley service make the lights seem more mesmerizing. Definitely fun for kids! Maybe not so much for college students and older if going without kids.

The trolley tour gave us a feel for the area and made it a lot easier for us to navigate walking around afterwards, but I probably wouldn't do it again (not for Christmas lights anyhow, maybe for one of their other tours). The Christmas music was so loud that it was distracting to me (but I have sensory issues and noise that's too loud gets overwhelming for me) and the area isn't so large that it's difficult to walk. We had a wonderful time walking around the same area after the trolley tour. Everyone who worked with the tours were very nice and helpful, and all of the small children had a wonderful time singing along with the Christmas music and using their viewing glasses. I think it's a great tour for children and people who may have difficulties walking.

Loved being able to get on and off at stops and be able to explore without having to drive and try to look. Our toddler loved it! Very bumpy and wouldnt be good for people with back problems or hard time stepping up. The step to step up is pretty high off the ground. The drivers are very knowledgeable about attractions and history. 4 stars is only because it is very uncomfortable seats and super bumpy.

We visit often but this was the first time riding the trolley! So fun and nice to be able to travel all of St Augustine without all the walking.
Drivers were knowledgeable, friendly and entertaining.
We started at the city jail station and the whole atmosphere at that station was light, lively, entertaining, funny and just an overall good time with the people and props/photo ops.
The tour itself was educational, relaxing and quite fun. We rode the whole circuit and look forward to riding again on a future trip.
Why only 4 stars? Lower the price and I’ll rate it 5 stars.response / report this review -

Really not to be missed if visiting or a local. So informative. Guides are awesome. Im a local and enjoy every time I do it with guests visiting. Worth the money and coupons are usually available around town.

We had a great time. We rode through the whole tour to get a great idea of what we wanted to go back and see. The tour guides Scarlett and Tom did a great job on describing all the sites and gave us a nice history lesson. We really recommend starting out your tour with the train so that you will have an idea of what you want to visit.

Absolutely magnificent tour! My daughter and I went to Historic Downtown St. Augustine today without the rest of the family. Our intention was to take the trolley from Old Town to St. George Street to do lunch and some shopping. "Doc Holliday" was our tour conductor and by the time we made it to the 3rd stop out of the 23 offered, we had made up our minds that lunch and shopping could wait!!! We absolutely had to stay on the trolley for the hour and twenty-five minute tour due to Doc's enthusiasm, energy, and humor. He told the history in such a way that it seemed to bring it back to life.interesting enough that my 13 year old daughter insisted on not getting off at our planned stop. Me being a lover of history, art, architecture, and good story telling, she did not have to twist my arm to stay aboard. I was pleasantly surprised to see Doc peak her interest with his narrationto have a teenage girl choose to stay on a trolley tour and listen to history being told rather than shopping means Doc is top notch at what he does!! We plan to return with the other family members so they can hopefully ride with Doc and have the same fun adventure. Most definitely worth your time to stay aboard and listen, plus it's a huge bonus that you can learn where places are located if you should choose to return later, and that you can hop on and off at any of the stops along the wayvery convenient for getting around the historic district without having to worry about traffic or parking. A+++++

We went to the old jail trolley to buy tickets. They didn't have the 25.00 price posted. Only the 38.00 and up tours per person. We did not know you can use the trolley without the tours. The tour of old store and museum were a total waist of time and should be free or very minimal cost. The old jail tour and Fountain of Youth were enjoyable. Staff is friendly and trolley drivers. However we did not know there was a trolley option without the tours. Recommend you show all options available.

We've rode with Old Trolley on our last 3 vacations here and we love it! Every trip we always manage to learn something new. The drivers are awesome and entertaining. Pricing is reasonable and you can't beat they're service. We will always use them during our visits!!

Very useful to save your feet as you tour St. Augustine and the guide gives a running commentary and lets you know what's happening as to attractions and where to get off. Your pass is good for 3 days which is good as the pass is a little pricey. Parking around town is not free or plentiful, so you save on those fees. Go online to find deals, Groupon, etc

Been coming to St Augustine since 2004 and this is the first time to ride on the trolley cars. Cost almost made me give it 4 stars but the fact your tickets are good for 3 days and you get some other perks I think it is a great value. 23 stops in all and you can get on and off as needed.

This affordable tour provided my husband and I a great way to see the city and learn about the history. Even better, one ticket was good for three days. It was a great way to get around the city, hear tours from different guides with varying personalities, and park for FREE at the old jail. You must take the tour on your next visit.
