  Prescribing provider here with active DEA license. Pharmacist tonight who was was a taller, African American female. This is the type that I want replaced by a machine that could make better decisions. She refused to fill a prescription I wrote despite being able to produce proper ID. She had to call the Dr. first to verify. I AM the prescriber. I either have the brains to be a prescriber or not, you cant just pick out certain one to "verify" with the Dr. I could see if I were't standing right there with photo ID. So my step daughter was going to go all night in pain. She just had a spinal fusion for scoliosis. Pharmacist was a disgrace to her profession . DO NOT FILL YOUR RX HERE. Take it from the one who writes them. PS Walgreens across the street filled with no problems.

  Staff is very nice and helpful. I took a prescription to be filled and got in less than 30 mins.

  Waited 15 minutes for the deli. Everybody seems to be working in the back and doesn't even look at the customers. I watched as the staff just left while a whole crowd of people were waiting to take their orders. I do not recommend this Publix for the deli at all.

  Amazing Publix! Out standing customer service! I highly recommend this place! Employees are helpful, productive, have amazing personalities and are great with kids! High recommend this Publix over all the rest! 💕

  My six year old grandson had medication to be picked up and he asked the pharmacy tech for her autograph. I don't know why, but Danielle signed the paperwork for him. It made his day. She went above and beyond. Thank you so much.

  So, Im waiting my turn at the hot food
  I tell the young woman my order and also ask for 1lb of the meatballs. Wait patiently as the older woman fills the traysI say "take your time no rush"
  I ask her to stir the meatballs she snaps back "its the lights" I say "ok but please stir them" (jokingly I say and in a tone of infextion) "remember at Publix customers are always right "shes not happy Weighs my order almost a dollar over the pound price I see it and say "remember I only want a pound"
  She calls out "you want me too take them out?" I say " well yes " not happy at all now she still puts it still .63 cents over (WELL OKAY THEN) with people waiting behind me I take it straight to customer service and ..ITS THE POINT! SHE WAS PISSY ABOUT STIRING THE FLIPPING MEATBALLS GEZZZ and getting closer to the pound price (come on) but wonderful Emilio fixed it right. ..I always thank and give credit to the rivergate workers June 27 2017 about? 12:15-12:31pm

  I use to love shopping at this publix until new management came around! Super rude and alway have a hard time using coupons. Was definitely not like this before!!
