Best experience I’ve ever lived as far as car dealership goes. The dealership was cleaned, organized and on point. The service was the best I’ve got when it came to respect, punctuality, friendliness and then some. The agent that help me(O’Neil I think) informed me of my car from head to toe to sort of speak. It was quick and thorough. It was a very professional work place to describe it generally. The only downside to BMW which is not necessary a downside if you know BMW, but the service cost is more expensive then average. Other then that a great overall experience.(note this review is for car services not salesman)

I had a BMW that I wanted to trade in, I live an hour away and Coggin BMW, specifically James Tippman and Sylvester Clarke, worked out a deal without me ever visiting the dealership on a CPO m235i. We got my trade in value settled, price of the car I wanted to buy settled and they went out of their way to offer to pick my car up in Melbourne to drive it to the dealership. Sylvester and James were EXTREMELY responsive, I waited no longer than 5 minutes for an email reply with questions I had. The buying experience when I was there was fantastic, there was absolutely no pressure and the finance guy got me a better rate than what I asked for. I would recommend Coggin BMW Treasure Coast to anyone looking for a luxury sports car. 10/10 A+

Hands down, Ciernan is the best customer advocate! He is patient, knowledgeable, and professional. Being a first time BMW customer, I didn't really know what I wanted or needed. Ciernan went over everything, all the options, all the MUST haves, and all the super fun.probably completely unnecessary, but still wanna get upgrades! And several days later, I'm driving a car I love and have a blast driving. Truly a great experience at Coggin.

This place is awesome. Very friendly staff, making you feel as part of their family. Steve and Gene are both knowledgeable and helpful reps who show that they care about your needs with what you want in a vehicle at the right price for you. Joe (sales manager) made sure that we got what we wanted and showed genuine interest in our well being. They all went above and beyond. This has been my best purchasing experience from beginning to end by far. I inquired about my car online, I was quickly responded to without pressure (thank you Steve), he gave me facts about the car, listened to what I was looking for, gave me the best offered price after negotiating, financed me, brought the car to my house! (which is a blessing for me) and had all paperwork signed and sealed in less than a couple hours. I was very pleased and impressed with the customer service and how quickly the staff worked to get me going on the road with my new car. Thank you Steve and Coggin BMW!
