Been dinning here since it opened. It is a hit or miss on quality. Wing flavor is great but sometimes they are undercooked or small. Fries are another hit but again sometimes undercooked or cold. When it is good it is great.

Normally they do well, today ordered a burger med/well outside was black. It was sent back for one that didn't look like a hockey puck. Management came out and offered a salad or soup. We asked for some conch fritters. Instead of bringing a smaller portion, got a story about charging for the difference.

I have been dining here for 10 years. Best fish n chips in town! Last Friday was the worst experience I have ever had with them. I craved fish n chips all week and ordered it and picked it up. Got home, no chips!!! Bring it back and whoever came out of the kitchen left the now cold fish on the counter to go get me a "small fry". Nope! I got my money back and will never go there again!

The turtle is always good for great wings and now they have paired with a local micro brewery for great craft beer. Prices are reasonable, some food had to be sent back to reheat but the quality and portions were perfect. Service was friendly and accommodating.

Nice spot to bring the pup. Great atmosphere with large covered patio seating area, well out of the sun and/or rain. Friendly staff and good food!

Nice atmosphere, loved the sports and music. I am a New Yorker. Sad that I had to have fries instead of sweet potato mash. Welcome to the end of season. .grouper rueben was very good.

HORRIBLE!!! We were a group of 15 looking forward to have a good time and enjoy watching the game. Note: this has not been my first time there. First, the service was extremely slow. had only one girl serving all of us. If we ordered a refill on our beer, it would take 10 mins IF IT EVEN CAME. I went to pour my own soda because our waitress was no where in site. The food took literally 1 hr and a half to get to us. Appetizers came out with our other food. A few of us never got what we order. Nothing was done to apologize or make up for the huge inconvenience. Oh well we continued to watch the game and was told by the manager to quiet down. Now I have been there when football is being shown and no one is told to quiet down. We all felt a bit offended because we were all Latinos watching a soccer game. We will never go back to this place. Especially because of the manager Sara.

Thirsty Turle has never had good service. I love the wings, so I continue to go, but tonight will be my last time. Each and every single time they give me the wrong wing flavor. I wanted mild, and of course they gave me medium. Instead of remaking the wings they gave me ice cold mild sauce to eat with them. The medium sauce is still on the wings! We requested to watch the NBA playoff games, it took forever to change the channel to our game. Once they finally put it on, the game was tied with one minute left and they changed the channel to hockey! On a TV nobody was watching! So we missed the end of the game. They weren't busy, and there is no excuse for the awful customer service I received. Their excuse for not changing the channel to my game was "oh, they probably forgot." How professional. Don't go to this place if you like to be treated with respect.

Thirsty Turtle is our go to place for a nice relaxing meal. We've been going there for years. The servers already know what we like and bring our drink order to the table within minutes of being seated. The food is good, the atmosphere is engaging and friendly. A great place to meet up after work for a drink, or to take the whole family for a nice meal. We love you Thirsty Turtle!
