  This location is one of the most poorly managed Publix stores and has been for over 8 years. Keep going there for convenience but am going less and less. Deli wait time and service is horrendous, very inefficient and slow. Manager's response to feedback about deli was "send us your order in advance". Variety and quality of food at hot bar is dismal - all carbs and starches never any green vegetables. Poorly stocked shelves or always restocking in the aisles during peak shopping times. Prices displayed on shelves not correct at checkout. There are a few very friendly people working there but consistently disappointed. Customer service desk always friendly and does their best to correct mistakes but Manager's answer to any feedback is to explain all the reasons why his store is one of the top stores.

  Publix is fine. Overpriced, but fine. My problem is with their "unadvertised specials" which they apparently run in some areas and not others.

  One of my favorite publix's to shop in. Big store. Great variety of items. Nicely stocked. Friendly staff. 4 Self checkout stations. Very clean. Convenient location. Good parking lot. When it's really busy it can get a little crazy with parking.

  Disappointing to find out that quite a few of the advertised bogos we're not listed on the Publix app referencing this retail location. Some of the grocery item aisle locations on the app, referencing this stores location, we're in a different aisle in the actual store. Too many shopping carts uncollected in the parking lot, increasing the risk for damage to parked car's, and making access to some parking slots difficult because of carts blocking the way.

  My husband and I, ordered two gender reveal cakes for a party. The person taking the order placed the wrong date on the pick-up order and selected Friday instead of Thursday. We arrived on Thursday afternoon to find that the cakes weren't ready and we were not sure what to do. That's when managers Dale and Tiffany came over to help. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a creative way to announce the gender to our parents at the party, by putting together two beautifully wrapped boxes filled with balloons. They were very apologetic and truly went the extra mile to remedy the situation. We cannot thank them enough for their help, and will continue to shop at this great location!

  Shelves not restocked. Out of too many items on last two visits. Used to be much better. Seem to be lacking on checking shelves for restocking and also past dates. Much is in deli and meat prepared.

  Been pretty good till I just now tried to cash a 500 dollar lottery ticket the customer service told she couldn't do it then I asked to talk to manager and after that was disgruntled opened the other register and gave me the money ridiculous. I don't know why people lack customer service skills in south florida and why they have to be so disgruntled
