I reached out to Judith to lease the Infiniti Q50 and I had a certain budget in mind, after going back and forth a few times in October we realized my budget was unattainable at the time. I received a call on November 1st in the morning from Judith all excited that the leasing promos for this month were better and she was able to achieve the pricing I needed to be at. Judith worked very hard going back and forth to get me the best deal possible. With the help of the amazing management team, Judith accomplished the difficult goal I set for her. Bought a used car here, the car is in decent shape. The manger was wonderful and amazing. However, the floor staff was beyond rude and should be fired as so. They tried to sneak a raise in price by almost a thousand dollars, which I noticed before I signed the paper agreeing to the terms. A customer shouldn't have to point out that you've made a thousand dollar "mistake" on the price. They want to push this warranty deal that is god awful. I wish I dealt with the manager while I was here. What a shame.

Amazing car shopping experience. As soon I entered and met Judith Stevens I knew I would be leaving with a brand new vehicle. Her professionalism and no hassle caring approach was very much appreciated. Needless to say, I am now driving my new QX60 all thanks to her and her general manager. Highly recommend this dealership.

I'm still in shock at what an easy amazing experience we had. Steve Williams was no pressure and got the deal done the way we wanted it.
Even in finance with Amieke Reid and I was waiting for them to change the deal but they didn't. No pressure for upselling, just so easy !!! This was the BEST car buying experience that I have ever had !!!!
Finally a dealership with no game playing. I'll be back for another in a few months.

This is the worse service that I have received and I expected more from them. My insurance company highly recommended them. But I should have listened to everyone else and gone to A-1 Body because I would have had my vehicle back by now. They have had my vehicle since 8:00 AM 8/15. They already had received the check from my insurance company so there was not reason not to start work right away. After a week I called and they said that they were waiting on a second check. They said that as soon as they had confirmation that they check was mailed to them they would finish. The check was in the mail on 8/22 and the vehicle was to be finished. Now I was told the car was be ready on 8/29 or 8/30 and here we are on 8/31 and no car. It has been in clean up and inspection for now the third day. VERY VERY UNHAPPY and will tell everyone I know NEVER use this place. Also, my son took his wife's car and they had issues as well. Stay away from this place. Take your vehicle elsewhere if you want quality service. They are lucky I have to give one star.

I have purchased a ton of card from IOCC but this was the absolute best experience ever. Amazing car Q70L, but more amazing are the fantastic people who work at that store!
