For the second time in as many weeks, I have had to speak to the manager about extraordinarily poor customer service. Both times were during checkout. Two separate cashiers, on two separate occasions, rendered such terrible customer service I ended up leaving the store without my purchase. Clearly, this has become a pattern. With three other Publix equidistant from my home, I will never be shopping at this Publix again.

The experience was not bad but sometimes u have to use wisdom in every thing u do there was one problem this morning they started to give out water 2per Costmer not realizing the amount of Costmer in line so some got 2 case while the same Costmer in line when they reach up was told they could only get 4gallon and that I think was unfair but Costmer Service was very good as always first Class

Deli staff is horrible. There is a woman by the name of Jenny that works in the deli. It took almost an hour for her to make my subs. And she was moving very slowly. I work for a grocery delivery company in order the subs ahead of time. She was stopped occasionally and talked with some of the guests and some of the staff and she moved very slowly. I moved up closer to the counter and politely asked her what was taking so long and then she snapped at me. Then she decided to save a copy of the order that I had and she told me directly that if I said anything to anybody that she would have a copy of when the subs were actually do. And then she began screaming that I was complaining. I only asked her one time about the subs and she just went off on me. I do not know what her problem is but I just do not like this particular Publix. Just don't go there.

I believe the woman's name who helped me is Diana and she served me some really amazing salmon that I got her to steam up on the fly. Whatever she seasoned it with was so delicious. She'll see me again for sure :D, probably tomorrow before I go to work.
