I love this place for it's variety and number of choices. The staff is great, price's however are a little steep. I go there when I need a few item's that are quality, but I could never afford to do all my shopping there. 😁😟

I have a bad knee that sometimes locks up on me with no notice and impedes my ability to walk. Today I was in the Brooksville Square location when just that happened in the middle of an isle. I drug myself to a cashier and set down my basket to go get a motorized cart to finish my shopping. The cashier was so sweet. She went and got the cart for me, helped me unload my basket into the new cart, and made sure I was ok to go. Upon checking out, the guy bagging my groceries helped me to unload my cart and helped me out to my vehicle with my groceries. He made sure I made it into my vehicle and even put my groceries in the car for me. I have never had such amazing customer service and will not shop anywhere else. My only complaint is there are very few Handicapped Parking spaces available for those of us who need it. I had to park quite far from the door and without the motorized cart, I wouldn't have made it back to my vehicle. Other than that I love my local Publix! The staff is amazing, always helpful, go above and beyond, and turn my chore of grocery shopping into a pleasure!

Great place to shop, deli is the best. The wife loves your cream filled donut. She gets one on Wednesday. ( Don't want her to get large ) to bad there's not a Publix in Indiana.

Perhaps it's my lack of degree to sugar coat excrement, but in the event of visiting a Publix Super Market you will experience 50/50 quality service. This location is no exception when it comes to customer service. In line you will witness pleasant banter between employee and customer until it's your turn to check out. The store has plenty to offer when it comes to your wallet. It's just the final stretch as you make your way to paying for your goods where you'll face the challenges of acceptable or forgettable customer service.
