Jayne is the best Travel Agent (period). She is super friendly and gives you the best travel tips that no online service offers. She's bailed me out more than once over the years. For example, she had our hotel move our room since we were unlucky and happened to be next to some onsite construction. Twice, she's arranged for me to get on a different plane when my original connecting flight was cancelled. She arranged our destination wedding and that went flawlessly. I just can't say enough about Unlimited Travel.

When it came time for my husband to chose a travel agent for our honeymoon last year, there were no questions asked, he went straight to Jayne at Unlimited Travel. My parents have been using Jayne for a while now and we had heard from them that Jayne was great and easy to work with. Boy was she ever! Neil sat in her office for over 3 hours that night, comparing different resorts in Jamaica. Before he walked out that night he had booked our honeymoon and was so happy about the decision he had made. Jayne answered every question he asked about every resort. If she didn't know the answer she called the resort and got the answer right then. Couples Negril was just as Jayne described it to be to us, FABULOUS! Jayne did everything for us, we were not confused or stressed one bit while planning this trip. That is why when it came time for us to book our one year anniversary trip, we went back to Jayne and back to Jamaica. This years trip was just as great as last years, and Jayne of course made it even more wonderful. We can't wait to go on vacation again and we can't wait to work with Jayne!

I had a dream wedding in St Thomas, USVI. Janie helped immensely with the entire process. She took all the pressure off my husband and I, so we could enjoy our special day! The tips and advice she gave us and our guest helped tremendously. We could never thank her enough and we cannot wait to plan our next trip with her.
