Sadly, there’s no customer guarantee. If the program doesn’t work for you, their response is, “I’m so sorry it doesn’t work for you,” and you still pay.

So far, I’ve paid $800, and I’ve lost two pounds. Yup—you read that right—$400 a pound.

And I call to cancel today, am I’m told I get to pay another $800 before I can cancel and walk away. But, again, they’re sorry. Super helpful, right? The fact that they’re sorry does SO much.

Absolute trash company that obviously doesn’t truly care about their customers—they just care about that dollar bill.

Any customer that might be considering Profile by Sanford, I’d recommend that you walk away. There are far better ways to spend $1600. For me, a better way would have been lighting my cash on fire, but, again, that’s just me.
