By far the best ortho office I’ve been too. They work with you and are very understanding and eventually become like friends. Very caring and diligent with you and make sure you are comfortable and at ease. Im sad to say today will be the last day i come since i am getting them removed. They have made my 3 year experience an unforgettable one and i will miss them

One girl who was shaving down my tooth. I felt a shock down my spine. I had to ask for a real Dr or real hygienist .
Then she got all in huff.
They contract is tricky. The reason I say this is because. I handed them both my insurance and my husbands. Their billing department failed to summit it. They said all is fine and I paid the balance in full. 1,1?? I came in for my regular visits no one mentioned a 2,00 balance at all. This was back in 2018-2019. Today is 2121 and they are trying to send me to a collection agency ! They charged me 9,00 and chance. I thing they have a racket going. I had braces in the past, essentially I had no real need for braces. I was talked into it because my bottom teeth shifted. Read the contract and make sure your covered because they willl not tell you.
Make sure the person who’s using any kind of tools in your mouth or your teeth is licensed hygienist.response / report this review -

Dr. Ray and his assistants are very pleasant, helpful, and friendly! The front desk is always welcoming & accommodating. The office in general is always up to par with the COVID regulations, and there’s rarely any long wait times.
At times I would notice Dr. Ray is training/ helping a new dental assistant which is nice to see; I work as an MA so I appreciate a patient and understanding doctor.
For anyone looking for an orthodontist place, I would definitely recommend Dr. Ray and his staff! :)response / report this review -

Horrible experience!!! Front desk very nice and polite but the Dr!( Asian) very demanding and rude! the dentists girls are extremely rude and do a horrible job! after my child being fixed whatever needed, it broke the braces in less than a day again! We returned to see if they can fix it again, and they were RUUUUUDE!! because they dont accept is their fault for doing a terrible job!! Please if you have the money to pay for the treatment, DON"T GO THERE!!!!!

The service here is excellent including fast paced appointments and the staff are very friendly. As well as the place itself is very clean and they also offer tea.

Amazing experience from start to finish! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Professional yet personable. The office itself is immaculate and very welcoming. Best orthodontist's office in all of Westchester! I highly recommend!

Great practice! Office is new and clean; staff is always very friendly. They have video games and TV's to keep the kids busy. My 8 year old never minds going to them for his adjustments. Would highly recommend to others!
