STAY AWAY!!! Highly unprofessional services. Installed new heating and and spent thousands of dollars only to have it leak in my closet with clothes and shoes. WHAT A MESS! Protech offered to fix but only when I, DID YOU GET THAT ONLY IF I REMOVE ALL THE CLOTHES AND THINGS FROM THE CLOSET. CAN YOU BELIEVE!! I had had surgery and complications and it was impossible or me to do that. After months of trying to get them to do this they agreed to compensate 200.00 for AAAALLLL THAT DAMAGE. But had never paid it. DAMAGE WAS because they didn't flush out the system and lines when they replaced the unit. Superior Heating and Air is INDEED Superior they said they would have def taken the clothes out and fixed from beginning to end, but in the first place would have flushed the lines.

Called when whe discovered a leak on line going to water heater. When we cut water off the handle on the valve broke off. Called another company first. Plumber refused the job because it was raining and he did not want to get wet and muddy. Call Pro Tech and Jerry came out, did the work, gave me a fair price, and did not even complain about the weather. Highly reccomend this company. Jerry and his helper were both very nice, very quick, and very efficient workers.

We were very satisfied with our service from ProTech. Our call was handled in a very professional manner. We received prompt and courteous service from Coleman Watson. Our part was still under warranty and he made sure our bill was adjusted accordingly. He took the time to explain what the problem was and when we could expect him to return to complete the work. We were very satisfied with our repair and would recommend ProTech to all our friends and family.

These guys give the best service! I never have a problem after they have done a job. They are very polite and cordial. They are always patient in answering any of my questions. There work is never sloppy and they clean up after they do their work. I have used both the plumbing and heating & air aspects of Protech and have never been disappointed. I have used other companies before and been disappointed. I have full confidence in Protech, always! I highly recommend them!!!!

I arrived home late Wednesday night after being gone for a month on a work trip. After spending weeks working 16 hour days in the sun, I was eager to get back to the comfort of my own home.until I realized our AC wasn't working. Being new to the area I wasn't sure of who to call, so I turned to Internet for a little bit of help and sent the folks at ProTech an email. I was expecting to maybe get a reply sometime Thursday, but to my surprise they promptly emailed me and asked for my phone number, address, and a description of the problem. I got a call from them at around 0930 on Thursday morning saying that they would have a technician at my house around 1000. Jason showed up around 1015 and had our AC fixed in no time. Turns out we had a capacitor go bad. He took the time to show me how to clean and maintain my AC to help with any future problems. They get an honest 5 star review for their veryconsiderate, professional, and timely hassle free service. I will not hesitate to call them in the future with any of my AC repair needs!

For many years we have used ProTech for all of our plumbing, heating and air work and have found them to be very reliable. We recently had ProTech install a water softener that we purchased from them, and again were very pleased with their work. Although we have tried other companies, based on our experience, ProTech is the best!

Showed up two hours late and then when the plumber could not fix the problem, he charged me for an hours work. Will never use again. Do not recommend.

Years ago before I started learning the plumbing and HVAC trades, I was a customer of ProTech. My son was just a few months old when my heat pump went out in the middle of summer. I needed air quick and Bernie happened to be riding through the neighborhood. I flagged him down, he gave me a quote on a new system and provided me with financing options. I knew a good deal so ProTech installed a new system for me. I was impressed with the work, so when I was looking at learning the trade I called Pro Tech. Now I can say I'm a happy customer and employee of ProTech Plumbing, Heating and Air.
