  My grandson was assaulted there by a female she punched him in the privates the school sucks. Do not let your children go here I am transferring him out immediately

  I was at Cedar Shoals 4 years..& my experience was unpleasant!! my last year I was told nothing but lies..about what classes I needed when I would graduate.EVERYTHING! The counselors at Cedar Shoals WAITED until school was over to tell me I needed another elective.& its not like I wasnt in the Counseling office daily the last two months of high school..because I was..EVERY time I was in there I asked." Are you sure all I need is to finish chemistry.?" & EVERY time she looked in the system & said "yes Im sure." & now instead of enjoying my summer. Im having to make phone calls & constantly stressed out about when Im gonna graduate..
  I HIGHLY suggest Classic City or Clarke Central..

  As a student of 2 years at Cedar Shoals, I would like note my appreciation for this school. For all the hate and trash talk Athens Public Schools get, going to Cedar has had a very significant effect on my educational carrer. The school accurately prepared me to get a 5 on an AP exam I took while there.
