We had our changed here cou ole of months ago we had no appointment on a Saturday worked us right in only took about an hour and 15 mins and that's awesome with no scheduled time and it being a weekend. I will take my car back everyone was helpful and friendly . No restrooms so if you have little ones it may be a problem

Can catch good deals on services but so-so on directly dealing with the customer. Disinterested and disengaged.
Update: I was in again for a service last week and they had some folks handling the desk now that I hadn't dealt with before. Much, much better.

Had a wonderful experience bringing both my vehicles to Pro's
Tires. Kevin and the Gang are really awesome. They give you wonderful customer service and they get you in and out. I will highly recommend all my family and friends to get excellent services for their vehicles.

I have driven all the way from Raleigh for them to do my brakes. I'm sorry hear about what happen to the guy that ran the desk there for years. I heard he was killed in a freak accident. He is truly missed. The other guys are really nice, but he was Mr. Pro tire in my book.
