I walked in for an estimate on repairing my full size SUV and I didn’t have all the money for the repair. Blake advised me to get an Army Emergency Relieve Loan and I thought I wasn’t elegible since I’m medically retired and he knew how the program works and he said that I’m elegible 2 days later I had my truck ready. Faster than getting my AER loan approved. Thanks Blake. He also got me parts that I was missing and it got included in the estimate great customer service great mechanic I’m not going to take my cars anywhere else when I need a transmission repair. I recommend Nationwide Transmission to anyone specially military since he knows how the AER program works.

Absolutely fantastic! I cannot express how much of a pleasure it was to work with Blake before, during and after he serviced my vehicle. I purchased a used bmw and about two days after I bought it I started to feel a pretty noticeable vibration or shudder in the center of the vehicle during acceleration. I brought it to the Valley bmw for service and inspection and was quoted almost 8k in repairs. The service rep informed me that I need a laundry list of things done to the car in order to fix the vibration. After discussing my options and figuring out exactly what was supposed to fix the problem I settled on roughly 4400 dollars worth of repairs. Long story short I picked the car up and the problem I brought them the car for was still existing. This led to them telling me that my transmission was bad and that the only option I had was to basically pay them another 8 thousand dollars for a new transmission, or, I could just drive the car till it breaks. Not a single word was ever said to me about the transmission before I paid them the 4400 bucks to fix this problem. After I brought the car back the next day to tell them that the vibration still existedthe quality control manager at the dealership told me he knew within 30 seconds that the car had a bad transmission. This is when I asked them why I was never told about the transmission and he basically tried to give me a song and dance about having to do all that other completely unnecessary work to figure out what the vibration was. I am leaving out some stuff but basically, they robbed me for over 4k. So, after they kept my car for another three weeks telling me that they were reprogramming computers and changing fluids I picked up the car and brought it home. I looked around online and decided after reading some of the other reviews to call Blake and see what he had to say. I have honestly never had such a nice and informative call and was happy to bring my car in to him for inspection. After he inspected the vehicle he informed me that the fix was not only simple, but bmw actually had a service bulletin that almost literally word for word described the problem I originally brought the car in for. Blake changed some fluid in my transmission and within a few miles of driving the car the problem was gone and my car drives absolutely perfectly. He charged me 390 bucks and I was on my way as happy as I could possibly be. He could have taken me for as much money as he wanted to, and he didn't. He literally saved me over 7 thousand dollars. It is very rare that in todays world you are able to find someone who is honest and not looking to take advantage of you. On top of that, I spent over two hours on the phone with him just having a really nice conversation about his business and the lengths that he goes to insure that his customers are taken care of above and beyond what most people would ever even consider. He and his team are dedicated to being 100% open, honest, and want nothing more than to help you and to do the right thing. This review really should be a lot longer. I just simply don't have enough words to give them enough praise. You can trust him, and you will be satisfied with anything they do to your car. Look no further, you have found your guy.

Tell you what, if I could give it a 0 star I would. This man had my vehicle for a month. He told us it would be a Friday that I could pick it up. I stay by the airport off of hwy 301. I got a ride over there at 8am and he wasn't there and nobody could tell me anything about it. He showed up at 11:30 and proceeded to tell me that he ordered the wrong pay and it would be even more time that he would have it. What was supposed to be $170 out of my pocket ended up being$400 out of my pocket because of his stupidity. So there is my experience with dumb ass mechanics!! NEVER AGAIN

I am new to town and needed a transmission installed, so I googled transmission shop and spent awhile calling everyone in town, reading google reviews, BBB reviews, etc. I decided to give nationwide transmission an opportunity to impress me and Blake did an outstanding job. He takes pride in what he does and is honest. since this project is custom and unique i knew there was going to be obstacles. i told him i needed a transmission installed and he would have to reinstall a full length header along with it. he quoted me a price based on what the manufacture called for even though my project is mostly aftermarket and custom parts. he caught the broken header weld, he installed a flex plate at no extra charge, and many other small details that most people would have over looked. he didn't even charge more than what was originally quoted, even though he would have been justified in doing so. he is a honest shop owner and i have no reason to suspect that he would rip anyone off. he has not only earned my business but my trust and future business. he was very professional and i will bring all my projects, personal vehicles, and work vehicles here in the future. Thank you Blake!

If I could give Blake and his crew a sixth star I would! I broke down with a busted transfer case on a 2010 Raptor. Blake and his team didn't waste anytime getting the part in and getting me back on the road! Excellent service and Blake is an outstanding person to have to deal with!

Blake helped me out with my 2009 Cobalt SS. He was very straightforward about the repairs needed and a time it would take to do them. Blake was able to communicate with my extended warranty company excellently and got me back on the road as soon as possible. A big thanks goes out to Blake and his team at Nationwide Transmissions!

Blake is an extremely professional and honest mechanic/shop owner. Impressed with the service and equally impressed with his friendliness. Hope my Jeep never needs transmission work again but if it does, I'm taking it to Nationwide.

I have to say I normally don't write reviews, but for the service I received..I had to. Thank you to Blake and his team for an awesome job with fixing my transmission on my H3 Hummer. Blake explained everything that was wrong in detail, and even explained other issues I was having. They also had the best price around. I would recommend Nationwide to everyone with transmission issues.

Nationwide Transmission fixed what the Dodge Dealership could not figure out on a check engine light issue. Blake went over and beyond he fixed all my leaks, repaired my transmission, and replaced my water pump. Highly Recommended!

I have to give 5 stars to Nationwide Transmission. My jeep was showing signs of disrepair. I took it to Ed's and was told my entire transmission needed to be rebuilt. Also, my bill would easily be over $3000. I wanted a second opinion. Nationwide owners, Blake & Lori each took the time to speak with me about my car. Blake told me to bring it in & explained he wanted to do a THOROUGH check. He has over 40 years experience in transmissions alone. He called me back & told me there was nothing wrong with my transmission. There were a few leaks and I would need my catalytic converter replaced. THAT WAS IT. I didn't need a new transmission. I was about to spend my entire paycheck for the month on an issue that didn't even exist! I have full trust in Nationwide Transmission. They care, they're honest, & they're going to get to the root of your problem with your car. As a woman, I also appreciated the respect he gave me & took the time to speak with me. It's such a shame the way women AND men are sometimes treated in different industries. We need more people like this in auto service & repair. Nationwide Transmission takes care of the customer AND your vehicle!

Over 3 years ago after Nationwide rebuilt the transmission on my 1995 Ford Ranger at a good price, I promised Blake that I would write a good review for his good work. I procrastinated enough already. Blake took care of me and my truck. And over 3 years later the transmission is running like new, although in TX now and not in NC anymore. Thank you guys!!
