I really wished you could do minus on the stars. The first time coming to this business was on 12/04/2017 for a remote start. First of all when I called they told me a price for it was $225 No more than $260 so when they installed it they charged me $350. Then the technishion there that installed it didn't install it properly and due to that it caused my engine light to come on dealing with the transmission sensor. And he had a nerve to try to say it was already on. So to keep my truck from getting screwed up I took it to extreme soundzs in lumberton and they fixed it the way it should of been. So where it would have only cost me $300 total at extreme soundzs it cost me an total of $410 so I would say stay clear from bagging system there a rip off.

I worked and spoke with Mario.
I have a 2005 Toyota 4Runner and wanted a simple blue tooth single din audio deck. They showed me all of their options and kept me in my budget which I established over the phone. I went with the pioneer deck and I am very happy with it. They got my truck in and out in 45 min, their work was clean and smooth. These guys were very professional and their facility was clean. All around great experience. I bought my entire setup here. Like most audio store, they have a decent selection of audio equipment for you to choose from, but what sets them apart is the service! I enjoyed speaking to everyone who works there, and had fun while I shopped. The workers there are very knowledgable, and each one has their brand that they prefer (which makes you feel like they are not just trying to push a brand). But what the icing on the cake are the deals you get. They always worked a price for me, and I saved lots of money because of it. And it's not like it's just marked up sticker price and they bring it down to normal, they pull up the product online to see what they would take bottom end. Sometimes they even through stuff into the price to sweeten the deal! When I went to rhudys, the never even attempted to make a deal with me, they gave me the price and that was it. I will be coming back to this store for all of my speaker needs!!!

I wish I could give this place a negative rating because that's all they deserve. Took my Mercedes there to get a radio installed. First day they had my car all day working on it. The guy called me at closing said the car was ready. I get up there to pick up the car and the THERE IS GLUE ALL OVER EVERYTHING and the radio was just hanging out the dash with no kit. And on top of that I couldn't even catch Foxy 99 radio station. The manager then tries to blame everybody but the installers for this mess of a situation. So day 2 I take the car back, car is there till 4:00 pm. They call me and tell me the car is ready again. Get up there and pull off and my air conditioner is not working AND MY RADIO STILL WON'T PICK UP A STATION!! I am totally furious at this point. Turn around and go back and I'm there till closing AGAINThey tell me they finally got it right. Get my car go home then the next day I notice now my brake lights won't turn off. I am DONE WITH THIS PLACE, THEY ARE CLUELESS WHEN IT COMES TO INSTALLING ANYTHING IN A VEHICLE. AND REFUSE TO REFUND YOUR MONEY. THEY JUST KEEP WASTING YOUR TIME AND NEVER GET THE CAR RIGHT. MY RADIO STILL IS HAS STATIC IN IT. PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE!

Overpriced. Quoted a price via phone, then quoted another price upon arrival to the store for headrest DVD players that were way over priced. Didn't realize the actual cost of DVD players until I looked them up online. Would have been better off going to Rhudy's or Best Buy.

I call, give them a little bit of explanation of what was wrong with my car and they told me bring your car to check it out and we go from there. once I arrive they told me they can't do anything today. I wonder why they didn't tell me that on the phone so I could have avoid driving one hour for nothing
