HORRIBLE!!!!! I took my brand new 2017 chevy malibu up there to get my windows tinted and there was hair and scratches in the tint. They then re did those windows and the tint was still messed up. On top of that they melted my pillers on my car on the outside. I will go to ProTint again just not the one on Dixie Highway. This was the first time ive had problems with my car getting tint put on.

Dropped car off 9am for tint, 5 hrs went by and they never even touched my car! smh I went in to get my keys back and guys where sitting around eating cheeseburgers I took it to Preston because I've bought rims from them b4 and I know they do good work, while at counter a guy came in behind me and said he also just left the Dixie location and said they did the same thing to him and he only had 1 window that needed attention so pretty much ppl do not waste ur time with Dixie location they are a joke! Preston got me in and out I highly recommend them or somewhere else

I been allowing Pro Tint to do my vechiles over years, the shop on Dixie only. They are great guys that are considered and understand . They know there job. Everytime I walk out that place I'm a satisfied customer and if something not right Lance who runs the business will make sure it will be right. He and his mechanics goes above and beyond to make customers happy. I can personally say that cause I have dealt with Lance on my vehicles. My hat off to him and his crew they put up with some attitudes from people but they deal with it with respect and smile. So if you want AWESOME services and good honest people to work on your vechile than go to Pro Tint off Dixie Highway . I know for fact the Pro Tint on Preston Hwy . Some of the employees there can be really rude and disrespectful. So Lance thank you and your crew for all you all have done I so appreciate it 100%😀.

Had to take my car back 3x to get the tint fixed because they left all kinds of dirt behind the tint and the last time today I just picked my car up from them redoing it and now my passenger window has two chips out of it smh I highly recommend not going here

Very professional, Stacy was very helpful with information and working with my hectic schedule. They did what they said they would do at the price quoted ( window tint ). Our Nissan Maxima has never looked so good and they did it all with a smile :)

I went to get my 2013 Toyota Prius windows tinted and when I got home I noticed scratches near my riders side back tire. I immediately called Pro Tint and told them I noticed a scratch. I was told to bring my car back in for them to look at. The owner seemed very not interested and him and his manager actually had the nerve to blame me saying there is touch up paint on the scratches. Why in the hell would I scratch my car and blame someone else. It makes no sense. I just bought the car and i know the scratches weren't there when I brought it in. Stay away from this place, I will never come back here and I will tell anyone I know to spend their money somewhere else! Ripoff artists, rude and unprofessional!

Seemed very helpful and friendly at first. My gut was telling me to go elsewhere. However decided to purchase a couple things. While driving off I had screws rolling around on my dash and floor. Dash was not properly put back together. Fresh scarring on my vehicle from them working inside. Brand new 2016 vehicle so I know It wasn't there. Tried calling the store twice and no answer. To think I was planning to drop several grand easy on tires, lift, system, and more. I will definitely be going elsewhere. Stay clear from this place, way over priced, poor work, and very unprofessional!
