I ordered a trailer 3 months ago and placed a 500.
00 deposit with the understanding there would be no refunds on the deposit. The original price was about 7700.00 out the door. The other day it came in with a price of over 9500.00. When they emailed me I asked for my deposit back because it had gone up almost 25% from the original quote. I had also contacted them in May and asked Josh my salesperson what would they do if It really went up a lot which it did and he said it was being handled on a case by case basis. Well they handled it alright, they bent me over like Ned Beatty and kept my 500.00. If you know anything about trailers you know supply and demand. I am sure my trailer is sold already and they laughed all the way to the bank. I hope they treat you better and give you the 500.00 they screwed me on but I doubt it. Hey Josh, it's hard to recover from a one star rating FYI! Just updated to 4 stars because GM Phil did the right thing and refunded my deposit. I would have done 5 stars if I had it resolved by the salesman on first contact.

I noticed on their website that Proline was advertising trailer wheels with tires already mounted that would fit my trailer. I called them yesterday about 9:30 in the morning to see if they had the size I needed in stock. The receptionist advised me that the parts counter was busy. She took my number so that they could return my call. I called back a little after 11. The receptionist insisted that my call had already been returned. It had not. I requested another call back, which I received today about 2 in the afternoon. I asked the gentleman who called about the mix up yesterday, and he insisted that he had called me and left a voicemail. I pointed that was impossible since my voicemail has been full since the middle of February. He responded by hanging up on me. I don't know what the problem was. It may have been something as simple as missdialing my number. The take away from my experience with ProLine is that unless you have the leisure to drive to Boones Mill to check their parts inventory, you might have better luck online at someplace like Northern Tool or eTrailer. Too bad, I prefer to support local businesses.

My friend and I just purchased an enclosed 6x12 trailer this past Friday. Everyone was very friendly and the process was so easy. Suzette was sweet! Jacob "Chris" showed us how to properly install a trailer. highly recommend!

Ordered a trailer through Pro-line, and couldn't be happier. High quality trailer with a fair price. Definitely worth the drive down from Rhode Island to pick it up. Joe was great to work with and the trailer was ready ahead of schedule. I definitely recommend shopping with Pro-Line if you need a new trailer.

Called once to inquire about tires and wheels for an open tandem axle trailer I was rebuilding,waited 2 days for a call back. Did receive a call back (that is the only good thing I can say about this interaction) I told him I was looking to buy 4 tires with wheels but needed 185/80/13 5 lug 4 and 1/2 " hole. They did not carry them , asked if they could get them and was told they would check and let me know, told them if could to let me know and I would come down and pay for them and pick up when they came in (I live only 20 minutes from the Boones Mill location. Gave name,phone #,etc and was promised something. Has been 2 weeks and have heard not a peep from them,talked to 4 other people who have dealt with them and all 4 had bad things to say about this company, count me as # 5. I purchased online and they arrived in 3 days. I would have rather spent my money locally but they gave me no choice but to use an out of state supplier. Please Dealer do not leave any we are sorry comments. Nothing you can do to win my business now.

I am moving to a different state, and after looking at various cost scenarios, purchasing an enclosed trailer so our family could move ourselves, made the most sense. First, I began shopping online, looking at both new and used enclosed trailers. Most of the used trailers I found, were either overpriced or in poor condition.

Ultimately, we decided that a new 16 x 7 enclosed trailer with a ramp would fit our moving needs. I checked with multiple trailer dealers in several states, and the best value was from Pro-Line Trailers in Boones Mill, VA. Their prices are significantly less than the competition.

I contacted Pro-Line, and spoke with Derek. He asked, what we planned to do with the trailer. Once he had that information, he explained that Pro-Line carried a few different grades of trailers that could fit my needs. He thoroughly explained the differences and the purchase process before I visited the dealership. It was assuring to have some level of expectation beforehand.

Upon arrival, I noted the dealership is clean, modern, and well organized. It's seems to be more of a professional environment, than some of the other trailer dealers I visited. The purchase went seamlessly, with no hidden costs, or delays. Derek was very knowledgeable about the product line, and answered all my questions without hesitation. Nonetheless, there was no pressure to purchase more trailer than I needed. We decided on a mid-priced model, because it came with radial tires, something I required due to the miles I would be travelling back and forth during the move. I was in and out, in a bit over an hour. Great job Pro-Line.

Bought a trailer from pro-line and had to wait however I have bought two others and not waited and I ended up with something I did not want. I got the trailer I wanted this time by allowing them to built it for me. My sales person was great. He was very knowledgeable and has taken care of me. I had an issue with my door and they were on top of getting it fixed from the time they took it in to when they got it back to me was just a couple of days. These guys are great to work with and are there for you beyond the sale of your trailer. I have also bought tires from them and other accessories. You can rest assured that should you have a problem these guys will make it right. Jeff has been great to work with and really made my son feel special when he came in by taking him riding on the golf cart.

We found pro lined trailers online and since are located out of state we did everything over the phone and thru email. Todd Was very helpful we talked back and forth several times a day sometimes until finally we were able to make the long trip and pick up our new enclosed trailer. Upon arrival everyone was super friendly , welcoming and attentive. We were in and out within minutes. We look forward to working with pro line in the future for any of our trailers.

I bought a used trailer off Craigslist. It needed new bearings and seals. Proline got me in for service in one day. Also needed new safety chains. All repairs were done professionally and very reasonably priced.
