We were referred to Brent by our realtor, and for good reason. Brent was amazing from beginning to end for us. He constantly kept us informed on the status of our loan application from beginning to end. We actually didn't meet in person until closing day, because Brent was able to handle everything electronically, which was nice with a busy schedule. There was never a time that I felt Brent was unavailable, as he was quick to always answer any questions or concerns. Once I emailed him on Memorial Day weekend and got an out-of-office auto email back, and I figured it could wait until after the holiday weekend as it was no rush, but within 10 minutes Brent was calling me on my cell phone. Brent is the only one I would ever recommend to anybody when it comes to financing a home.

Ryan was fantastic to work with. Very responsive to my calls and emails when I had questions. He was also very transparent through the whole process so there were no surprises. He made my first time home buying experience really easy. I would highly recommend him and his team!!

Brent busch made closing for our home a sinch. He was very thoughtful and gave us the correct insight to buying our first home. We couldn't thank him, or our realtor enough for being part of this experience! Thank you again prime source for being on our side in this major step in our live. A step we took together!

Brent was absolutely amazing to work with! A friend referred him to us and I am so happy we went with him! We found our dream home around Thanksgiving time. I told him and the realtor we wanted to celebrate Christmas in this new home. Brent expedited things on his end and was in constant contact with us so we knew what was going on. He showed up for our closing and everything was super smooth! It was great to work with him and I'm sure we will in the future as well! Thanks Brent!

I have been able to work with Brent Busch on 2 separate ocassion's related to refinancing my home. The first time I had reached out to him, I was having a hard time getting any reply for my questions on whether it made sense for me and my wife to refinance our home. I randomly chose PrimeSource Funding and within a few hours, Brent called and determined it was a good move and got the ball rolling. He is very good at keeping you up to date on how the process is going and is always willing to take your call and answer any question you may have during the process. If by chance he isn't in the office when you call, he will call you as soon as he finds out you called with a question. Most recently I am taking ownership of the house and needed to get that process rolling. Again I needed to make sure it made sense for me. I text Brent on a Sunday and on Monday we made contact and got together and determined it was a good idea and in less than a month I am now sole owner of my house. I would highly recommend PrimeSource Funding and Brent Busch. He is there to make the process of Buying/Refinancing a house a little easier.
