  Team David of American Financing went above and beyond our expectations and committed themselves to helping us get the loan that we needed. The team was very efficient in their communication with every step letting us know everything that they were doing and the things that they needed us to get done. The team was very organized and prepared for any questions or anything else that we asked of them. The time that it took from beginning to end for Team Dave to get this done was incredible and all said and done we got everything that we needed within one month!!! We would recommend anyone who was looking to refinance their home to go and team up with Team David and American Financing and they will do everything in their power to get it done for you. We cannot thank you enough for what you have done and the money that you saved us!!

  I really enjoyed working with the Team at American Financing, they made it super easy to refinance my home. They were with me every step of the way. Very helpful and friendly and worked unbelievably fast. I would defiantly recommend them to anyone. Should I ever need to refinance or buy another home again, I will be choose them for sure. Best experience I have ever had when it comes to closing on a house. Thanks Team Hank!

  Kyle Carver is the consummate mortgage consultant.  We were fortunate enough to be assigned under his care when we reached out to American Financing for refinancing options.  Kyle was our  first point of contact and immediately we felt at ease.  He was very friendly, professional, engaging and truly tried to get us the best deal possible.  It was obvious he was very knowledgeable of the mortgage industry as he provided outstanding customer service every step of the way.  His communication skills are second to none.    In addition, Aaron Adams also provided outstanding customer service as our loan processor.  He was diligent, very professional and unbelievably patient with us to obtain all the necessary documentation needed for the refinance.  We urge anyone out there who is looking to refinance their mortgage to seek out Kyle Carver to get you the best deal possible and Aaron Adams who will also provide a very pleasant and hassle free loan experience!!  Thank you Kyle Carver and Aaron Adams!  You are invaluable assets to American Financing.

  The experience I had with American Financing was definitely 5 stars! I am a first time home buyer. Denise Chang was excellent, she found me a mortgage that perfectly met my needs in no time (under a month!), and then she introduced me to a top notch realtor (Gene Finley), who found me a house that was exactly what I was looking for in no time! From start to finish was only about a month. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs any kind of mortgage help. I have already recommended them to several others. Do not hesitate to give them a call asap!

  My experience with American Financing was nothing short of amazing. It was our second time this year with them and Nicole Lambert, our loan consultant was awesome. She was super professional and attentive. She always went out of her way to keep us updated and informed on the loan process. We have never had such wonderful customer service in any other loan process we have been through before. This company has high standards and I love how personable they are.
