several yearss ago i paid Polstton Tax services 3500 to handle my back taxes. They told me i would need to hire them to file my taxes to help keep me in compliance so i trusted them.. big mistake!! I paid them 250 per month ($3000 per year) to file my business and personal taxes . This went on for several years. After paying over $15000 total I still have my tax problem. I changed accountants and they immediately found several mistakes on the tax returns filed by Poulston tax experts and was able to file an amended return. I would steer clear of this company unless you like just giving your money away.. To clarify they will come on and say they have no record of my name. But i was a customer

Amanda Johnson Is a true blessing in disguise at Polston.
We started working with Polston’s right before Covid hit, trying to get resolution with Uncle Sam 🤣 Maybe soon we will get there. 🙏
Whenever I need clarification on something that is attempted to be explained to me by one of the tax attorneys, I know I can always count on Amanda to explain it to me at my level of understanding🤷‍♀️🤣. She is awesome at returning my calls and emails and never seems to get frustrated with me when I call her back asking the same questions ,trying to comprehend the answers.

I would give zero stars if that as an option. It seems my $5,000 retainer only went to pay for more advertising. Groups like this play on peoples fears and ignorance and don't offer any real help. They took my money, but did nothing to better my situation. In fact I didn't have any tax liens when I hired them, they failed to follow through with what they said they would do and now I have a tax lien. After leading me along for a few years with false hope, this firm closed my case without any notice to me and left me worse off than before. I feel scammed.

Poor communication among staff and with clients. They did not address issues I asked them to address. Hard to get in touch with a tax specialist even during tax season .Misplaced tax returns from previous years. I honestly got MUCH better personal service from H&R Block.At Polston I dealt with 4 different individuals over my 8 month association. I will give an update on whether I get my other tax returns back.
