Brad has been a pleasure to work with. His work ethic and knowledge of the mortgage industry is outstanding. Him and his team saved a particular deal of mine from falling through where I'd been working with another lender. It was night and day going from working with the other bank to switching over to Brad, his skill and professionalism saved our loan under a really aggressive time table. For that I am very grateful and fortunate to have been referred to Brad and his team. Highly Recommended.

Brad and his team are absolutely fantastic. They helped us with our first mortgage on our first home, and then the second when we sold and bought another. Then, they reached out to help us refinance with all the new, low rates -- saving us over $400 a month! They are fantastic folks to work with, highly reliable, honest, kind. Don't look any further. You've found your people :)

Brad recently helped me finance my home purchase and I could not be happier. He offered the most competitive rate and worked diligently throughout the entire process till the date of closing to make sure everything went as planned. He was always available and very responsive in any query or questions I had during the process. We closed on time and with no hiccups at all - it was a very smooth and stress free experience. Our realtor recommended Brad Cullipher for a no-cost refinance. We already had a decent rate, but figured we would check it out since it was no cost. Brad was amazing to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable about his field and was able to explain everything to me in a way I understood (I’m so clueless about this stuff!). We were able to get a lower rate and it is saving us a few hundred dollars a month. The process was so simple. Although there were some occasional issues with the app, we were still able to send our documents and have no hiccups that delayed our closing. Even getting the appraisal done was easy as she was very flexible with her time. I have recommended Brad to tons of people and know of several that are using him for a refinance. I cannot recommend him enough! He was just fantastic! Thank you Brad!

We have used Brad and his team to purchase our first, then to refinance that home. Each time, the team was outstanding in terms of not only communicating, but also making us feel at ease. Given the horror stories I've heard about mortgages, I didn't know what to expect, but they made the whole thing go extremely smoothly! Can't recommend them enough!
