Art has been wonderful in guiding us to our purchase. He was very polite and attentive, and gave frequent updates on the status of our vehicle as it was being prepared for delivery. Art doesn't push you in any direction but instead offers sound advice and solid knowledge of the vehicles he's selling. Highly recommend! A+++

I recently bought an outback from prime Subaru and had an amazing experience. Jeremy Hicks was such a pleasure to work with. He answered all of our questions in a professional and kind manner. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He was extremely helpful and we look forward to working with him in the future. This was by far the best experience I've had at a car dealership. I would highly suggest Prime Subaru in Hudson for your next car purchase and be sure to ask for Jeremy if you want an amazing experience.

I was in the market for a new car and stressed at the beginning of the process. Entered Prime Subaru with an open mind and hoping to receive comforting and great service. We couldn't have been more wrong. The salesman was semi-friendly at first but mostly made us feel like we were bothering him. He sat us down and took some details. I didn't have much information just because I am just starting to look and see what is out there. He showed me a few online and then didn't take any initiative to bring me outside or talk about any of them listed and tell me details.
I asked to go outside and see a few and he took us out and just stood there and basically didn't say anything. Told us a few things about a couple cars but didn't seem interested to me because, in my opinion, I wasn't looking to spend big money. It was really disappointing and really took the excitement out of the whole experience/day so we just left.
I get that car salesman have a job to do but I also think that if they don't think the customer is right for them, they should pass them along to someone else.response / report this review -

Best, hassle free car buying experience I have ever had. Prime Subaru truly went out of their way to make sure I was in the right vehicle at the right price. I bought a pre-owned 2017 Legacy and traded in a vehicle. Art in sales explained everything about the Subaru before I drove off the lot. I was buying from out of state and he was able to adjust his hours to my schedule to ensure I took delivery when convenient for me, not him. Steven the manager also made every effort to give me the most money for my trade possible. Mike in finance was exceptional as well. I have never had such a fast and thorough experience financing a car and getting the right products for the right price. He set me up with a great interest rate and a 100k warranty. Overall, I'm very impressed with Prime Subaru. Highly recommend if you are looking for a dealer that values your time and money.

I would strongly recommend anyone looking for a fantastic car shopping experience to visit Prime Subaru !! I purchased a 2017 Subaru Crosstrek and my experience was excellent from start to finish. It was a flawless process, with no pressure at all. Everyone at the dealership made me feel right at home, specifically the general sales manager Mike and my salesperson Jeremy Hicks. If you, or anyone you know, are in the market for a Subaru I encourage you to go to this dealership because that was the way car buying should be.

This was my first experience of purchasing my own car and Subaru made this big step extremely manageable, exciting, and stress free. This was primarily due to the wonderful salesman I was lucky enough to work with. Shawn was incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy going during my whole experience of test driving, decision making, and ultimately purchasing my vehicle. I would recommend him and this dealership to anyone who was looking to purchase a vehicle.

Bought a Subaru from them, they lied to our faces about the title, wasted our entire Saturday under the assumption that we could drive it off the lot that day. Wasted countless hours trying to contact them about the vehicle. Delivered the vehicle to us with an incomplete title.was the worst care buying experience we've ever had in our lives. In the end they compensated us for most issues but didn't do everything they said they would do. Do NOT recommend buying from them. They seem to have good reviews which is why we went there, but for us, it was a disaster.

Our Subaru Forester was brought in for routine servicing yesterday. We bought our car here and have been going to this place for oil changes and services. However, we can no longer recommend this place because of honesty issues.

I had a great buying experience at the Hudson Subaru. Alex Casey couldn't have been more helpful. He walked me through everything with patience and professionalism. He went the extra mile making sure I had everything I needed and even called me a week later to check in and see if I was happy with my purchase and did I have any questions. Tom Wright helped me navigate my financing options and made sure I had all the information I needed to choose what worked best for me. There was never any pressure just very friendly and professional attention.
