They sold me a good truck at a fair price. I needed some follow-up paperwork for my accountant and they came up with it very quickly and with a smile on their face. Great service I highly recommend them

James bouras did a great job, the process was fast and easy, they had the car all detailed and ready to go within a day I made the offer unlike other dealerships everything was stress free and I am happy I found a great car for a great price one owner low mileage, is been a week since I made the purchased and I will keep you post it 60 days from and 120 days from to tell you how everything went with the car but so far so good.

Spent 3 months looking for the "right" used car for our budget and family needs. Found one we were highly interested in at Highline but it needed some basic work (alignment & such) Jim advised he would get this addressed if I was genuinely interested in the purchase - said I was and on my word, he had the work done. (Have to be honest, I never expected to hear back from them given my experiences with other dealerships but he stayed true to his word but - ) 2 days later Jim called me to say the work was done; I Came back, & it drove great! - Purchased!!
With three months of other dealership experiences under our belt, I can state with confidence that Highline was by far the best experience. It didn't feel like a "used car" dealership, it felt like an Audi/Benz dealership - & I was treated as such! Also, the inventory, and work they put into these cars is a step above as well - check it out. Great experience for me & I have found my new mechanics along the way here too! Bought an Vehcile from this dealership. The car was riddled with issues and they refused to take care of any of them. The rear light was cracked and front end was in disrepair (Audi had to replace it). They told me they would take care of any issues and they refused when I sent them the laundry list of problems. The dealership told me that there was no way this car passed an inspection so that means they overlooked the safety issues and passed it anyways just to get a sale.
They also told me they did a full service, but when I took it to the dealer they said the car hadn't been serviced (the oil filter had the past years date on it)
Which means they lied about that as well.
I was later informed by others that this happens all the time with them.
Do yourself a favor and run; I would never buy another car from them again.response / report this review -

I've been searching for a car to buy the past month and came across the High-Line Group and decided to pay them a visit. From the very moment I stepped out on their lot, I was greeted and treated better than any other dealership I'd had the experience of going to. The people working here really seemed interested in giving me the best deal possible while providing me with a car that met all of my needs and wants.
I ended up buying a Toyota Camry and they went above and beyond in providing me with an experience that required little effort/work on my end. They really did all the work and all I had to do was sign on the dotted line and the next day I was ready to drive. Clean interior, oil changed, car inspected, new sticker, all documents in hand. They took all the anxiety and worry out of buying a car. I was very much blown away by how attentive and concerned they were with meeting my requirements. James did a fantastic job! He really worked with me in addressing the very minor issues I had. I picked up my car and it looked like new.
I absolutely recommend The High-Line Group. They pay a great deal of attention towards maintaining the quality of all of their cars from what I had seen. I would recommend them again in a heartbeat. If you're looking to buy a car I would recommend stopping by or taking a look at their inventory online. They most likely will be the first and last place you need to look to buy a car. These guys brought a car up to the shop I work at in NH so I could have it looked at by my own guys and given a rundown. The car was in very good shape, but I decided on a different car I found elsewhere. It didn't work out to a deal, but they were excellent to work with!

Bought my car from here not even 8 months ago, only drive the car to and from work, my front brakes are almost down to nothing, having engine and suspention problems and the tires are almost bald. Mind you i barely drive this car just to work and back. When i bought the car i was told it was in great condition and was told tires were new. Took the car to their service department to have it looked at and the person that runs the service department told me i was pretty much an idiot and that there was nothing wrong with the car and quickly shrugged me off and said have a nice day. He was very rude and unprofessional and i advise anyone who thinks about getting a car from here, DONT! Made a big mistake not doing my research on this place before buying the car.

Update: I am a little disappointed now. After just a few months of owning the car my "low oil" indicator starting coming on. I did a little research and called High-line Group and asked what oil they put in the vehicle (when I bought it they said they had performed a full service) and they told me 5W-30. No wonder I had burned 1.5 quarts of oil after driving only 1300 miles, my German high performance sports car requires 10W-60 oil, not the same oil I put in my Honda Accord! They proceeded to tell me "it would be fine," well, it's not. I immediately went to a BMW dealership and had another oil change which was over $200 (I am fine paying it I just didn't expect it so soon as I was told the car already had a "service" from High-Line). It was a 5-star review at first but -1 star for putting cheap oil in a high performance vehicle and -1 star for trying to tell me "it would be fine" when I am very knowledgeable about cars so don't B.S. me and jeopardize my engine.
First Impression: This experience was very pleasant (I worked with Craig) and I have been involved in the car business for a good part of my life. They don't pressure you to buy and fulfilled all of my requests including putting the car on the service rack and let me look at the under body. Although they were pretty stiff on the price they were able to work with me through financing which helped out a great deal. You still have to do your homework and ask the right questions, but my personal experience was very nice (I am VERY critical about service!)response / report this review -

Awesome experience buying our 2017 Ford Fusion. Great people to deal with. Spent extra time with us to get the best possible financing with the best rates. In and out in one day with in house registering Has a full mechanic and detail shop so the cars are ready to go. Very impressed. Will be back for future purchases.

I recently purchased a Lamborghini from Highline Group Inc. Their team was a pleasure to deal with, and they did everything that they said that they would in the delivery process. I am very happy with my purchase. The owner had a lot of knowledge and he went above and beyond to help me in my due diligence on the service history and provenance of the car. I will definitely be looking to purchase other high end cars from them in the future.

Just about 2 years ago I bought a BMW here and the process was straight forward and the people were honest. The sales and finance team were great, also the support department was great the one time I needed to use it. A few weeks after I got the car I brought it to them to readjust one of the xenon projectors and they had no issue taking care of it without fuss.
