  Buying or leasing a new car is never a fun experience. However, my experience at Prime Acura North was exceptional from start to finish. Was able to seamlessly trade in my vehicle at a fair price and walk away with a new vehicle at a good value. (took less than two hours start to finish) Shout out to Rawle (Sales) and Scott (Sales Manager) and the entire Prime Acura North team for an exceptional experience.

  My experience with Prime Acura North was great, they did what they said they would do, they didn't play any games over pricing and didn't try to up-sell things I didn't want/need (I can't say the same about another dealer in NH). Rawle was the salesman I worked with and everything about the process was low stress and low pressure, I will definitely work with them again in the future.

  I was interested in trading in my 2013 Audi all road for an Audi S4 spoke to a salesman on Tuesday told him I had some family issues I had to work through and will be contacting him by the end of the week. I received an email at 10:30 at night on Wednesday asking me if I was "kicking tires or serious about looking at an Audi S4. I have never dealt with such rude and unprofessional sales people in my entire life especially considering I never even stepped foot in the dealership. I will never purchase a vehicle from here, and I do not recommend any one else do so.

  Great overall experience at Acura North. My sales rep Brian went out of his way to have a vehicle I liked brought up from their Walpole location. It was a certified RDX that literally looks like it was never driven. I was happy with the price, and the vehicle runs like a dream. The sales group was low pressure too. Yes they asked if I'd consider financing with them, and buying an extended warranty, etcbut when I declined they moved on and in no way tried to push me on things. That's the first time I've ever walked out of a dealership without feeling "worn down", and I really appreciated it. If I stay with Acura's in the future, they'll certainly get my repeat business!!

  Just bought my first used car from Prime and it was a simple and pleasant experience. They made good on a promise to fix some paint issues. The car is amazing. Sales and management were good guys. The only complaints are they didn't give me a full tank of gas on purchase, no owner manual and only 1 key which cost me another $350.
