the roof of my brand new chevy has leaked (and been "fixed" by Bill Deluca) 5 times in less than a year. A competent dealer would be able to fix a leaky roof on their first attempt, a semi competent dealer could do it in 2 tries.

Bought a truck here roughly three weeks ago. They were unable to provide me with a spare key and key fob and I was told it would be mailed to me. After 2 weeks of no key, I've called at least 5 times and left voice mails for 3 individuals, including the sales manager. No one ever seems to be available at this place when I call. When I finally got my sales rep on the phone yesterday, he told me he would look into it and call me back. I had to call back 4 hours later for a follow up, to which I was told the key is in the mail. Today i received a voice mail from the dealership asking me about the key and what i was looking for. Granted, I understand the fact that everyone is busy but the communication and organization at this place is completely below expectations. Will not do business here again and would suggest shopping elsewhere.

Sales Experience was good, everything was streamlined and efficient. Waited over an hour for my new truck to get detailed and my registration/sticker and it still was not even in the bay started. Decided to take it home dirty and then come back. Scheduled a day and dropped it off at 11AM a week later. at 4:00 vehicle was still not ready. I never got my registration, no inspection sticker. Vehicle was detailed but exterior was dirty. Not what I expect on a 60K GMC Denali HD truck. I called over and over and no one would call me back. Finally I called 5 times in a row at 5:30 and got a random sales guy who finally got me someone that told me I could come and get my vehicle. They are mailing me my registration and a check for $35 to get my own registration. Not the best service I have received.

Wonderful experience. The sales person (Jose) was only working with us, so we actually felt important. We we're able to quickly get what we wanted and all the paperwork done and drive off the lot with our new car. We had such a horrible experience at another Chevy dealership, I am so happy these guys were able to turn such a negative previous experience in to one we could actually be excited about! We are loving the 2018 equinox, thank you Jose and gentlemen for everything today!!! We most certainly will be back!

From start to finish, my experience purchasing a new Yukon Denali with DeLuca GMC was fantastic. I received a special offer from GMC in the mail, and Kim, my sales rep, worked to ensure we could use that offer to get the best possible price on my vehicle. Kim was extremely respectful of my time - the car was waiting for me when I arrived at the dealership, all of the paperwork was ready for my signature, and would have been out the door even faster had it not been for my own insurance company bungling the paperwork. I look forward to working with Kim and DeLuca GMC again when I purchase my next vehicle!

It was a pleasure doing business at Bill DeLuca's. Our salesman Philip, was most of the reason. We had just gone through the worst experience with another dealership, and Philip made us forget all about it, just because he knows how to communicate with people and is very good at his job. Everyone there was a pleasure and if anyone is looking for new or upgrade this is where you want to go. Thank you all very much for a great experience !!

Great experience, salesman adam did a great job ? Moe the sales manager was very helpful in getting me a reasonable deal. They got me a better deal than what I expected. One of the more honest dealerships I have dealt with.

Very good place to buy a vehicle. I purchased a new truck and they were very fair for my trade in. I'm just happy the DeLuca family honors there deals. This was by far the best experience I had buying a vehicle.
