Good place to get a car at increadable prices. On average they will sell at 40% under market value.

This was my first purchase from IAA, I found the transaction to be smooth and seamless, the description of the vehicle was accurate. I would like to give a personal thanks to Amy she was extremely helpful and explained the process perfectly, she handled the transaction with a personal touch and is extremely professional and helpful.

My first visit to I.A.A. the information provided by the posted signs helped inform me prior to embarking in to the car lot. The women working at the key dispensing area , Evelyn S. , was friendly and a great help answering any questions I had regarding keys, and the auction in general. Evelyn provided a positive experience and I will definitely return in the future.

Interstate auto auction is a good place to buy an inexpensive car. I bought a 2010 Hyundai elentra with 105K miles for only 2,250 dollars. This was the first car I bought at an auction. When I went to get it inspected there were no issues at all and I passed inspection. The only problems that I had with the car were cosmetic, which ran 1,000 dollars. In total, excluding fees, I spent only 3,250 dollars on pretty nice car. There is a risk buying cars here, but if you do detailed research, have a mechanic or know someone who knows cars, and have good intuition you can buy a really good car for cheap.

Thank you Interstate Auto Auction. My experience was far better than I expected. Sean and the rest of the team are so helpful. They made sure I fully understood the process and all that is involved in buying through an auction. I will recommend to friend that they should go directly to Interstate Auto Auction when they are in the market for a car. Again, thanks for making my purchase go smoothly.

The customer service exceeded my expectations. Very helpful, professional and kind. Certainly would buy from Interstate again even from Mars or Jupiter. In particular I would single out Ami for a special mention - she is awesome.

The customer service displayed by Diana was one of the greatest I have experienced. The purchase of the vehicle did not work out for me but Diana made lemonade out of a lemon experience for me. I am sure many customer of yours have a similar experience with Diana. Thank you for the great service.
