the bathtub faucet was not working property, had no pressure.
after several attempts from insurance with different plumbers, finally contracted City Plumbing and Rooter, right away they knew what the problem was after received authorization from the insurance the faucet was fixed, and now works perfectly, better then new. Highly recommended! Andrew and Chad did a fantastic job fixing my water heater which had a glitchy pilot light which mysteriously wouldn't stay on after being lit, thus restoring much-needed hot water to my residence. I was pleased that I was able to schedule an appointment the same day I called, and Andy and Paul were punctual in their arrival the first day the water heater was looked at. Paul determined right away that a gas control valve needed replacement, and was kind enough to point out that since the water heater was still under warranty with the company, I could order it directly and have it shipped with expedited shipping, and then have the work done and be reimbursed by the company for the cost. This saved me a lot of money that I would have otherwise had to spend. As soon as the part arrived, I was again able to schedule an appointment for Andrew and Chad to come out and install the part which they installed perfectly with no issues or problems. They were both friendly and professional. Thank you for your attention to service and integrity! And I appreciate the prompt service so I can take a hot shower now! :)

This company is fantastic. We had a fairly involved project: replacement to our main sewer line. Our estimate was done with great attention to detail & showed the great knowledge that Paul has. Everthing: from communication, to scheduling, to the work itself was done with care and professionalism. We were super happy with the work that Dominic did when he came to service our house (he installed the water line for our new fridge and flushed out/serviced our water heater tank)! He was very professional and courteous (he brought slippers to put on his boots when he walked in our house - I had never seen a repair person care about that before!) and would one hundred percent call him back when we have any plumbing issues/problems to repair.
