I didn't freak out when I saw that our washer, dishwasher, and kitchen sink weren't draining properly. However, I was shocked that our laundry had a couple of inches of water, flooding the entire space. I then understood I needed an emergency plumber. Then, I dialed several businesses in Los Gatos, but no one responded. Fortunately, these guys were enthusiastic and sympathetic in their responses to me. They handled the problem with professionalism and commitment in less than 45 minutes! I owe you a lot for your help, so many thanks!

He took the time to answer several of my questions on the phone about replacing my water heater, so it was clear that their staff was knowledgeable and focused on the customer's needs. When I finally decided to go with Pro Plumber, their technician was easy to schedule, and when he arrived, he gladly answered all of my questions about the water heater. I am confident in the quality of their work, and I would, without a doubt, recommend this location to anyone in Los Gatos!

This fantastic crew fixed my sewer drain clog. They quickly responded with a quote, which was also very reasonably priced. The guys were very accommodating to my schedule and finished the repair as promised. Also kept me informed at every stage of the process, which I really appreciated. I cannot express how highly I regard Pro Plumber Los Gatos!

After fixing our sewer line and installing an exterior release valve to prevent backup in our home, their plumber completed everything at my house on a weekend afternoon. He is a young man with dedication and experience at a reasonable price. I heartily endorse Pro Plumber Los Gatos' top-notch services. If this site allowed it, I would give him 100 stars.

The sewer was backing up into our store due to a severe clog, so I called Pro Plumber Los Gatos to see if they had any available plumbers. He arrived within 15 minutes. I highly recommend this company because he was able to extract the object using his high-tech tools, saving us a significant amount of money and preventing the need to tear up the floor to get to the problem.
