The best custom packaging company in California bar none. My company has worked with many in the past and Custom Cup Factory not only has the best customer service, but the largest selection of products. Easy customer onboarding, a frictionless design process, and professional operations. It’s nice to see a small business operate well with the right tools. For example, I was impressed by their use of Quickbooks for invoicing and quoting. One piece of advice for the company however, the entire customer experience is made positive by Jennifer, our rep. Her professionalism, service, and ability to bridge the English-Mandarin language barrier is critical. Do not lose her!

Custom Cup Factory have the Best Microwavable Containers hands down. This is the first time i actually received a container where the lids lock and its leak proof. the quality of their containers are consistent and shipping was pretty fast. My order was processed in 1 day and I received my containers on the third day.
