The girl doing my pedicure was mumbling to herself the whole time and cut my toe and made it bleed. The pedicure itself wasn’t dry even though it had been almost an hour since she finished it. It smudged all over my shoes as soon as I left the store. The topcoat they put on for a full set had brownish tints and peeled within 3 days. It hasn’t even been two weeks and one nail has popped off and another broken. The girl doing my manicure was rushed and didn’t fill in all the spaces.
They charge $3.75 for using their ATM. A total ripoff. Never going there again.response / report this review -

I was sceptical after reading such horrible reviews. I received the BEST pedicure since I moved to CA. I think I finally found my go to nail salon. The last highly recommended salon screwed my gel manicure up so bad that I had to lose my long, beautiful nails. I was super bummed but they still turned out great!!

Worst experience I've ever had for a pedicure. Not only did the girl giving me a pedicure cough and sneeze all over me, but you could care she hated her job and it showed in her work.
She didn't even clean my nails and her "evening" of my toe nails made them look crooked. Paint is uneven. I will never come here again. If they could get 0 stars that's what I'd really like to give themresponse / report this review -

This is absolutely the WORST nail salon to go to EVER!!!!!! I wish I could upload a picture of the ridiculousness that the nail Tech name LIEN (or whatever her name is ) did.. She had an attitude she didn't hold a conversation, this so-called professional nail technician did not crack a smile AT ALL. I always get a Gel/ manicure, and this is the first time that it has look like a two-year-old has done it.. straight 💩👎🏽

Had my nails done last Thursday 2 broke from them not gluing the nail far enough back and making them so thin. I have had nails soo many times never have i had nails break in just days after getting them done. I went back in to get them fixed and they tried charging me! Well they fixed them 2 days ago and now i have one of the same nails broken again because they were too thin. I will never go back here and never recommend people here ever! And i speak their language littlw did they know till i told them i know what theu were saying! Very rude!

If I could give zero stars I would! I walked in to get a quick nail polish change since I work non stop for the holiday weekend. The lady was extremely rude. I said I wanted to get a polish change and she said it was more then the price on display. she continued to argue with me saying it was more when I was pointing to the price. So I proceeded to say fine and as I handed her my color, she said they wouldn't accept my card for payment unless I added more service on and that I could only pay cash. This was the first and LAST time I ever step foot in this place!

Went here on 9-25-16, never again! Nice salon but choices of nail polish are very limited and very few brand names. Was charged $22.00 for a pedicure that I had to have the girl go back and remove some of the polish she got on my skin. In the process, she added another coat of polish to the two coats she already had on. Needless to say, when I got in the light outside, the polish was all bubbly. Looked like my granddaughter had polished my toes. Went somewhere else for $16.00 and have a nice shiny polish.

Horrible pedicure. The woman rushed through it and didn't do a good job at all. She was actually a bit rude. Overpriced for what you get. The stone massage was not worth getting. Just two rocks in a tupperware container heated in a microwave. Their lotions and nail polish are the cheapest types. She kept trying to get me to spend more money by adding services. I won't go there again.

I have never been so embarrassed in my whole life. Today after having a bad week I decided to go relax and get my nails done. The salon I usually go to closed early due to it being a Sunday, so I decided to try the nail salon at the mall PRESTIGE NAILS. I have never been treated so poorly in my whole life. We had a misunderstanding about the prices because I was charged two different fees for nails, but instead of arguing with them I payed for my services and the extra charges was handed my receipt and card told to have a good day, so I walked out thinking I was done. It totally slipped my mind about signing their copy of the receipt, so the lady came running out screaming that I forgot to sign. When I came back in the salon she started screaming at the top of her lungs at me, insulting me and being completely unprofessional. The "owner" came out and repeatedly told her to stop yelling, but she continued to go on. It was literally an awful experience to be treated that badly by someone in the service industry. I would highly recommend to NEVER GO THERE. I can NOT believe that someone could act that way in their workplace.
