  I made an appointment for a blow dry and style and it was the worst experience ever. When I arrived they quickly sent me to wash my hair, then a guy starts to blow dry my hair with his hands making it puffy. He asked me what I wanted to do which was curls and even show him a photo which he went to show the stylist that was going to do my hair. He never used a brush while blow drying my hair. When he finished a woman came and did the styling. in 5 minutes. She was running from client to client and didn't say a word the 5 minites she was doing the style. Not even asked if I liked my hair. I was in shocked how a person can do curls in 5 minutes and say they are done. They barely talk English and they don't give the personalized treatment a person deserves when you make an appointment. I will never come back and recommend to stay away if you don't want to waste your money. STAY AWAY!!!!!

  Employees barely speak English but my stylist, Robyn is super skilful at cutting hair. Prices are getting more expensive at 45

  I love this place and I always vome here no matter what. Joy and claire are my personal hair stylists. give it a try and mention my post :) they always wash your hair before and after the cut and will wax or gell your hair if asked for
