  Studio 17 was rude Tanya curse at me looked in my purse Tanya in studio 17 is all bput money I got no lye perm in my hair when my scalp was burning I told her but Tanya continued to keep the burn I n my hair so my scalp in burned.

  Suite 3: Ultra Shape Body and Face lacks professionalism and appropriate customer services in response to their mistakes. I traveled over 40 miles for an appointment with this facility and spoke with a representative by the name of "Erin". My appointment was for 5:30 pm and the location had a sign to wait due to there being a treatment in progress. After time passed into my appointment time, I called the facility to have an understanding of the wait time since I was not contacted. Erin informed me that she called me once in the morning and left a voicemail saying my appointment was canceled on the same day.
  
  When I informed Erin that i did not have any missed calls, she continued to reiterate that she called once and read back the number. I informed Erin that was not my number and she informed me that it's human error and nothing she can do about it and that my appointment was canceled and would need to be rescheduled.
  
  This reflects poor ethics and awareness of responsibility for poor business management. The lack of ownership and sympathy was astounding and I refuse to pay a dime towards any business that makes zero effort into proper care of their customers. The upsetting part was that I was looking forward to continuing business due to their positive reviews but I'm glad I can see they truly don't care.

  Sola salon studios is a great place to go for hair cuts, styling, pedicures, manicures, massages, and all kinds of skin treatment and products. I always come here to get my hair done about once a month or so and this place is always clean and tidy and everyone is friendly. Christina does my hair and she is the best. I recommend coming here to get your hair done or any kind of hair and facial treatments.

  Truly a beautiful Sola Salon Suites in an adorable Western Country shopping center. Close to freeways next to West Covina, Glendora, Azuza and Chino Hills, it makes it easy to get to. The salon suite owners are all very nice. I enjoyed working with Shelly, Murial, Felicia and Camijae. If you're a salon professional who wants to make more money and work when you want, this is the place to be.
