My experience with Prestige Imports was fantastic. Aside from the fact that my Q5 is everything I wanted/expected and more, I was greeted with professionalism and kindness from the moment I entered the dealership. In particular, Rosa Trejo was a joy to work with. She was professional and punctual on the front end and did a great job of feeling me out as a customer, ultimately making a personal connection that made me comfortable signing a lease and dealing with any interactions with Prestige/Audi down the line. I had a super good experience here. I was treated fairly, and the process from start to finish was painless. Yes, there were some of the usual mind games, but it was minimal compared to any other dealership I've been to. I am very confident that I got a fair deal on trade in, and on purchase price of my new car.

I just came in here to buy a jacket. I had to wait 15 minutes at the parts counter with numerous salesmen and people walking by. Finally someone asked me if I wanted help and he took me around to the other side since only one parts person was working the desk at that moment. That parts person was really nice. But for the kind salesman and nice parts person, Prestige would be looking at another star or two less.

With that being said, I've shopped for cars here over they years. They've always been fair, reasonable, and courteous.

Best experience I’ve had with a car dealership! Lindsey is fantastic! This is the 2nd time we’ve worked with them & her. I actually enjoyed the car buying experience. She has always been professional & informative but also super down to earth which really put us at ease. A genuine person who seems to really care for her clients & takes pride in her work. The service department has always been professional & helpful too. All around superb service. You have my loyalty Prestige!

Prestige was recommended to us for the service department and it didn't disappoint. There was a charge that was going to be included for maintenance but they realized we'd be doing that service when we put on our winter tires so he deducted it. Also there was another issue that they could've found a reason to charge us for since we thought we needed that service done and he said that our car issue was fine and therefore didn't need to be fixed. It's hard to find honesty in anything to do with the car business. The only reason I gave it 4 stars out of 5 is because the parking is an issue and its far away from us.

Matt Lynch with new Audi sales was an absolute pleasure to work with. He took the time to understand the type of car I was interested in, and the options I was looking for. He provided me with all of the information I requested and made time for me both via telephone and in person to help narrow down my search. In the end, Matt suggested a special order (2018 S5 Sportback) direct from the factory and it was a lot easier than I would have expected, and no more expensive that choosing a car off of the lot. Matt kept me appraised of the status of my order including the date it was built, port shipping and arrival dates, and final delivery at the dealership. This was my third Audi purchase from Prestige Imports, but my first purchase with Matt (who had my back throughout the entire process), and the experience just keeps getting better. 5/5 Stars.

I came in to browse and look at a few Audi models. They didn't hassle me into anything, took time with answering my questions, and treated me we kindness, even though I established from the beginning that I was just inquiring, not really buying. The salesman was eager to get me into test driving a car, maybe to get out the office seat for a few minutes..😃, but I didn't have that kind of time on my hands. Maybe next time bud 😊

There were many used cars of good condition, and I was able to test drive comfortably.
After-sale service was also wonderful.
The sales department and the service department seem to be doing good collaboration.
There was a Japanese speaking staff and it helped me.

Scott at Prestige introduced me to Lindsey Jones and she took over from there. They had the car I wanted, a Q7 with all the bells and whistles and the color I love and I couldn't resist. We bought our Audi from Prestige 3 or 4 years ago. The experience was great and they had great financing. As others have said before me, we bought one of the least expensive cars on the lot, but they have never made me feel any different than any other customer. We are both Audi converts now.

But even better, since the sale they have been wonderful as well. They treat you like a privileged customer, respecting your time, providing a pleasant area to wait for your service, and drop off service. Just last week we were picked in their customer lottery for an early screening of "Avengers: Age of Ultron" -- I got to see it sooner than my geeky colleagues at work. Most dealerships forget about you after the sale is made -- until they try to sell you another car in a few years. Thank you Prestige for being the kind of business that makes you feel good to give your money to.
