This is the only place that I will ever purchased a vehicle from they have been nothing but kind to my family everyone knows when you buy used vehicle you were taking a risk and most dealerships leave it at that but the management of family trucks and vans never lets me go away unhappy they have always answered every question that I have they have been more than helpful when problem has arise within a vehicle that I have purchased from them. Recently my family has dealt with a lot of tragedy and hardship and family vans and trucks are the only reason why I have a vehicle right now a 2008 Dodge Magnum which I love I have gotten a 2005 GMC envoy which I loved that vehicle as well they sell great warranties with their vehicles and they also give you their guarantee and I stand by it management is the best that I’ve ever seen and Ralph and Alberto and the best sales guys out there. They will take the time to get you what you want to know matter how long that may take. After the death of my husband of course my income changed and Unfortunately it didn’t seem as though any bank was going to finance me on a much-needed vehicle for safety of my children family trucks and vans reached out and went Above and beyond the norm to ensure that I could have a nice vehicle that would be safer my family that the best place out there so the only place to go and 100% I will always refer everybody that I know with full faith that they will be treated fairly

Found a vehicle that we were interested in and decided to take a look at it in person. They had plenty of vehicles to choose from and everyone was very friendly and helpful. They had the vehicle that we were interested in ready at the front and after a very enjoyable conversation and testdrive we decided to purchase it. They work with us to get the deal we wanted and were very fast and efficient. I definitely recommend you check them out!

I worked with Eric he was so professional from start to finish. I was there less than an hour and signed all my paperwork and drove off the lot. He got me into a 2012 Nissan Altima on 20s and thats the car I wanted. He got me the monthly payment that I wanted even though the car was detailed he had them detail it again and give me an oil change that day again. and overall it was a great experience. I recommend this place to anybody I feel blessed that I bought a car from them they definitely worked with me and got me the car I wanted. go see Eric because he is patient and will push to get what you want. I'm in sales myself so I know when somebody is trying to just sell me something. But not Eric he was actually concerned about what I wanted I told him how much I had down and he made it happen he took his time through the week just to get me in the car that I wanted. I did a lot of paperwork through the week online and All I had to do was go in on that Saturday, October 7, 2017 sign off on a few papers and the car was mine I drove off the lot very happy. Thanks I feel blessed Eric for the great experience brother I recommend anyone to go see you.

Bought a truck about a month ago,
My sales man Jose was great, amazing customer services , great attitude and personality,
Unfortunately the 2013 Ram 1500 sport that I had purchased wasn't 100%,
It had an issue with a rough start, check engine light, passenger mirror, etc. Everything was fixed besides the rough start (which was written down before purchase that it would be fixed). The truck spent about 3 weeks in and out of their repair shop and didn't have the rough start fixed, finally I decided to talk to the owner, he told me to drop it off he'd have his mechanic look at it, when I went to pick up the truck it started right up, mechanic said he added injector cleaner and that's all it needed, I was happy because I did think it was finally fixed, little did I know the moment I got home and tried starting it, it started up again, it's been frustrating and now I'm stuck with a truck that struggles to start and seems to get worse everyday Not satisfied and definitely Wont be purchasing from here again..

Wasn't able to buy the truck I needed there. Not because they didn't have what I was looking for, or because the price was to high. No.

I was not able to get that truck because the owner decided to move his office using that truck (it was "loaned out"), and after I was told by two different sales people it would be back by a specific time and date I was told AGAIN it wouldn't be there for three more days.

I understand cutting the bushes, landscaping, moving the office, or whatever, but first and foremost this is a dealership, right?

It's like you guys don't even care about making the sale.

If you go to Family Trucks and Vans make sure you have about a week's worth of time for them to show you the vehicle you are looking for.

These guys are Awesome! If you have credit issues forget them when you walk on Family cars. They will get the job done even if Juan has to loan you only he's Rich. Just kiddingBut he will get you in your car or truck of your dreams and very fast. I've bought over 30 vehicles this was 1 of the Best lots ive visitex. and easiest to get in and out.

Where I do I start!!Back in early 90's my Dad and Uncle both bought vehicle's here when they were smaller company and both of them bought Junk!!! : Then in July 2016, I was talked into going back here to buy a Company Vehicle for my personal driving business: My friend declaring this was the place to Buy! I was a first time buyer when I to Family Trucks and Vans and now that has costed me $11,000: Thanks Josh and 'Dan the Man' for selling me a vehicle of broken words: Don't worry folks , they don't fix your car the proper way for the customer, they either Slam Sunroofs down and say not too open it or 'It’s a Ford problem” or “Car Toys problem” .. Thanks Josh for not offering GAP insurance to First Time Buyers!! I am still screwed out a vehicle paying $11,000 on it! Its ok, Lesson Learned: DO NOT BUY A Vehicle from here if you are a good person!!! Otherwise have at it

Still waiting for them to repair my truck as they promised in my contract. They called every 5 minutes before I bought the car and now can't seem to return any phone calls. They tried to repair my truck by pulling parts out of the wrong model truck on the lot instead of ordering the parts like they promised. I'll never shop at this place again. Took over 3hrs to do the paperwork, we were constantly told this is the fast part, it'll only be a couple more minutes. Everything about this dealership is shady. Nothing has been as they promised.

Horrible customer service. The guy Dan didn't even seem he wanted to deal with me. Gave me an attitude on the phone and treated me like I was stupid. Even argued with me. Didn't even wanna listen to me. Very unprofessional and you should never treat any customer like that. Horrible!!!!!!
