Cost shifting connivers those aren't nuns under those outfits there business before compassion and if you have insurance they'll keep you and bill you for services you never had and medications you never took, and as far as the emergency room the emergency physicians group they walk in hours after you get there and bill you for emergency services out of network intentionally where as it would not be unreasonable for you to assume in network hospital in network er docs. These people know exactly what they are doing. Please report billing abuse to the Illinois department ,health and human services, along with Lisa Madigan health bureau, they are 2 separate entities
They always took good care of my mom while inpatient. Professional & caring people.
This hospital is just rude. I want to this hospital once when a friend was sick to ER. We were there for four and a half hour and after we were called. We still had to wait another two more hours. A nurse comes in very rudely and ask us to be quite because a patient she have brought in was not feeling well and we weren't even talking that loud at all.
Great hospital, great staff but if they make you pay a deductible when you don't have a deductible you will have to jump thru hoops to get your money back.if I didn't have this issue with the deductible I would have given 5 stars
I'd give it a '0' if I could! Recently, my Bestie had been dealing with severe, repeated childhood trauma by people very close to her, that had not been treated. God bless her, as she's tried to "keep it buried" for decades! She was receiving treatment in a day program, but still became suicidal, so was sent to hospital, SUPPOSEDLY for a specific psychiatrist, who she NEVER saw! This place is UNFIT for humans - at least the psychiatric ward is! First, there is NO therapy! Second, the 15th floor was described as being full of 'criminals & prostitutes; NEXT, her meds were changed - WITHOUT consulting w/dr. who had been managing them the last 2 months (& interestingly changed back right before discharge!) Then she was bullied by 3 'professionals' (the completely UNCARING psychiatrist, inept social worker & nurse practitioner) about needing to discharge her, although she didn't feel like she could trust herself at home!! HELLLOOOO! She is a TRAUMATIZED woman! You just RE-TRAUMATIZED HER!! LASTLY, she was FORCED to leave (they wouldn't even let her call to be picked up!!!) by being driven in a hospital vehicle TO AN EMPTY HOUSE WITH N O KEYS TO GET IN! UNBELIEVABLE!!! I am Catholic, so want these hospitals to be the best more than most people, but PRESENCE: YOU N E E D TO GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!! This is NOT the only PRESENCE hospital that SUCKS!
It was a very good place my dad was there for 2 week
My wife went to the ER at 4pm on Friday and we waited over 4 hours to see a doctor while we had our one week old child with us. They got her to a room at 12:30 am. Have kept her at the hospital for two full days so far. Now at 1pm on Sunday no doctor has come in. Same thing happened yesterday. In the 5 minutes we talked with a doctor they are just guessing. frustrating beyond belief.
I was their for more than 9 hours waiting for my release paper the doctor was rude he threw the paper and clip bored at me and said "Hurry up" in a rude madder.

Lol, what do you expect? It's a hospital. If they can't help you with as minimal effort as possible, you're on your own. They will do as little as possible to "get the job done" and that exactly what it's like. Thanks for nothing.
The labor and delivery center is amazing! I love the friendly staff and security. Because of it being a smaller hospital, you get more one-on-one attention.
