Very nice theater. Comfy seats. Amazing sound system. Snacks are overpriced but I guess that's normal. Morning matinee tickets were only $4 each. Friendly staff. Clean.

A great local theater. Well maintained with a nice interior that's fun to watch movies in. Parking lot is a little small, but I've never had an issue with it being crowded in the theater - even for big premiers. And having a Ben and Jerry's next door is a solid plus!

I just enjoy this theater because it is updated yet has an old time theater look with red velvet on the walls and chandeliers. Parking is good. Easy to get in. Rest rooms are clean and people serve you with a smile.

Solid theater with a mom and pop feel. Good food, friendly staff, and comfortable seats. They need to step up and stop parents from bringing small children into R rated movies though. Ive had a few screenings ruined by toddlers screaming and running around the theater during the movie. They always made it right by giving me a ticket to use whenever I wanted but it should never come to that in the first place.

Love this theatre! We always go around lunchtime so we can get their chicken strip and curly fries and the mini corn dogs with beers! The seating is comfortable without feeling to close to those surrounding you. There are trey holes to slide the food trey on to, creates a secure table to eat your food during the movie. Also, each theatre has a place where wheelchairs can sit next to their dates! This theatre is very wheelchair accessible. There is a large alcove for drop offs when it is raining so there is never any obstructions for anyone to go anytime to the theatre! Also, there is a single occupant bathroom to use in case extra privacy is needed. The theatre is located next to Been and Jerry's ice cream, if your date wants to continue the fun! 😁 Everyone will like this theatre!

Absolutely gorgeous movie theatre. The seats are comfortable and it's just an excellent environment overall, at least from my previous encounters. I'd be here more often if it weren't for there far drive from my house. Parking can be a challenge and you may have to do some walking.

When they renovated a few years back and made it look and feel like an old time movie theater I was thrilled. This is my favorite movie theater in all of provide county and we typically go to the movies 3 to 4 times a month. Their prices are competitive and their service is always good.

I love this movie house and free popcorn wednesdays you have the best popcorn but today tasted stale or a different oil is being used. Tasted funny my sister and i agreed. Please bring that great popcorn back not too much salt. One time was so heavily salted you had to return and not eat it. We love your theater and movies!

Sick of your standard movie going experience? Want to support local business? This is the theater for you. An atmosphere reminiscent of the golden age of cinema. Reasonable prices and comfortable seating.

I can always count on a good experience at this locally owned theater. The Oaks has more character than the average multiplex. That, along with comfortable seats and reasonable ticket prices (not cheap, but not expensive either) make it my preferred theater on the Space Coast.

It's well maintained, comfortable and not to big. Perfect location. Around lots of restaurants and the mall. Been going there for over twenty years from St. Cloud.

A more homey feel, tickets and snacks are one transaction, seats are comfy and theaters are clean. Employees are helpful and free mints are an added treat. Parking is adequate, spaces are wide compared to some.

I would like the Managers at the Oaks to know about "CHRIS" he gives the best customer service that anyone could ask for. He is as always helpful to me and my friends. I bring alot of people to see the movies. Chris always greets people with a smile. He is always cleanly dressed and professional. I give Chris 10 STARS.
GO CHRIS and thank you for your all around help for the company you work for.
    And fresh hot popcorn. Lol.
I will see you next Wednesday.
Have a great week at the movies.

Recent bad experience. My family comes to this theater because it's close and has a small town feel. Our last visit though was a nightmare. Their computer system had apparently been going down throughout the day. The staff was not prepared and customers were finding out at checkout. We offered to leave our debit card & ID so we wouldn't miss start of the movie (which we did). Nothing was acceptable to them except cash and the manager did not care at all. No apology, no attempt to work with us. It caused us stress on one of the few movies we saw kid free.
