Steven Avila was our technician and did a fantastic job. He communicated very clearly what the issue was and what work he was going to do, and in no time at all we had cold A/C again. A job like this can't be easy (especially during an Arizona summer,) and we truly appreciated the very quick repair. We've used Hobaica for a number of years and each experience has been very positive. Thank you, Steven, for providing great service!

Alex was early to our scheduled appointment. He actively listened to our concerns about the AC unit. He asked appropriate, relevant questions to better understand the issues. Once he started diagnosing the issue, he quickly found a problem with the capacitor. He replaced the capacitor with a new one from his truck and explained to us in layman's terms exactly what a capacitor is and why they sometimes go bad. We asked him to inspect and evaluate a second unit which he readily agreed to do. When he was all done, he thoroughly reviewed everything with us and made some recommendations to help keep the units running smoothly for years to come. We can't say enough good things about Alex and the company he represents. Thanks Alex! Well done to you and everyone at Hobaica for making this a great experience!

UPDATE: Aaron and Travis were back to finish the job today and did excellent work. They've been out to my property multiple times in the past month and are always excellent in their service. Hobaica has always sent skilled, professional, kind workers and they have been great about fitting my very limited scheduling windows. Thank you!
Previous Review: They were unable to complete the repair today but were very professional through the process, trouble-shooting many possible solutions and keeping me informed, and staying for many hours trying to solve the problem. They will return at another date with additional tools and materials to complete the job. Their extra effort above and beyond expectations is very appreciated.response / report this review -

From day one when Simon came out to do estimate on new HVAC installation and Sergio did installing everything was smooth. Simon was very polite,professional and knowledgeable. Helped us make our decision easier. He made sure that they do job ASAP before holidays even it was very busy month for the company(December). Sergio did great job,explained all things that he has done and stayed very late to make sure that everything is done. All i can say is God bless you and we'll be definitely recommending Hobaica to friends and family.

I am very pleased with the service we received from Hobaica.
Ronnie was such a tremendous help during the entire process. Not only did he provide great customer service but he also went above and beyond to help me understand what exactly was going on with our unit, explained the warranty coverage, future maintenance for the unit and the options available to get the unit serviced. He was also able to get a technician to come to our house right away.
Ryan was the technician who came out and he too was very pleasant to work with, knowledgeable and patient. He made a few adjustments to the unit and provided a very thorough explanation of the work he completed as well as next steps.
I am beyond grateful for Ronnie, Ryan and the Hobaica team. It is very rare to find this level of customer service anymore and it did not go unnoticed. Thank you!!response / report this review
