They did a fantastic job, cleaning curtains, furniture, and carpet. Punctual, polite and super neat and tidy. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Shane and his SERVPRO team are always my first call for restoration, floor surface maintenance, water extraction and clean up. He and his team are highly responsive, professional and treat our facilities as if they were their own.

These guys are the absolute best. We had a water leak in our master bedroom. It came through the ceiling and onto our carpet. The Servepro team came out immediately and saved us from having massive damage, including mold issues. If you ever have water damage or need a giant cleanup, this is the team to call. They are polite, thorough, and won’t leave until the job is done. Give them a call, you won’t regret it.

Shane and his team came to our house within hours of our call for water damage mitigation services & made communication easy throughout the challenging time. They handled every interaction with professionalism and kindness. They even came on the weekend to check in and make sure the drying was progressing. Their help was invaluable in dealing with our insurance company too. We are beyond thankful for the Dallas ServPro team!
