  Very clean and well maintained cabin. All the amenities you would need while staying and then some. I highly recommend this place for a getaway! We go every year for a week and it's always pleasant.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Possum Lodge and found all to be as you stated when we arrived. It was clean and well-appointed with all the comforts of home without compromising the essence of a true log cabin. Although the inside was very impressive we would have only been in to sleep and use the restroom had there been a TV on the back deck - what a great place to unwind with a beer, a few cigars and a variety of meats for the grill! The fire-pit area was also a great place to unwind after a quick hike on the trails. Nancy was a pleasure to work with and easily accessible. The Amish buggy that delivered our firewood and the humming birds were icing on the cake!

  What a great place! The pictures do not do it justice! It is our annual family get-away place. The cabin is a beautiful, comfortable space for the 9 of us. We love hanging out here, especally around the campfire and on the back porch.

  Showed up lost and so tired. Owner "found" us after 10 at night. Over and above what we expected. The cabin was beautiful, had everything we needed. Our dog loved the huge yard to run in. Cocktails on the back porch steaks on the grill. Spent an afternoon on Piedmont lake so close and so relaxing. You can rent a pontoon boat there. Firewood delivered at the cabin for perfect evening fire. Can't wait to go back.

  Amazing setup with the comforts of home but secluded enough to have the getaway feel. Great for families and friends with enough space for everyone. Nancy is great to work with and made the rental process stress free from start to finish, definitely staying again.
