  One wordAMAZING! Hands down, Ryan Boggs is the best realtor we have ever worked with. In 2012, Ryan helped us purchase our first investment property; ensuring we understood every step of the process, all the while being honest, prompt and transparent in each encounter. Recently, we sold the investment property and experienced the same professional approach. Ryan provided timelines with milestones and due dates for deliverable (signing of various documents, preparing for inspections, etc.), communicated regularly, and he made sure we understood every step of the process. We plan to use Ryan for all future real estate transactions.

  Looking for a few acres?
  
  We were introduced to Ryan by our close family friends that bought a home with acreage in Lincoln. They and their family have worked with Ryan for years, and they strongly recommended him.
  
  Over several months Ryan took us on tours of more than 15 ranches. He was patient and knowledgeable. He always represented us and our interests first. His experience was invaluable as he asked sellers hard questions about septic, wells, and property lines. Topics unfamiliar to those used to City life.
  
  After several months of searching, we finally got a “tip” on a not yet on the market property. Ryan was able to track down the property just based on a description of the land surrounding the house!
  
  Based on his advise we made a fair offer and soon moved to the country.

  I have known Ryan Boggs for over 10 years and had the opportunity to conduct some business with him in real estate. Ryan is one of the most honest and trustworthy realtors in the business. He's a hard worker, knows his craft, and goes the extra mile with his clients and partners. He is acutely aware of how to market residential real estate from the selling side.   Ryan was so great to work with. As first-time home buyers, he made us feel like we had all the information and every option available to make such a huge decision. He was extremely patient with us and let us work at our own pace while still providing us with much needed guidance and advice on the mortgage process or insight into the market. He was also really responsive and available, often making time within 24 hours to meet with us. He's a really easy going person and very friendly, and when it came down to helping us compete for the house we wanted, he knew exactly what needed to be done to get us into the right house We felt really comfortable with Ryan, and will definitely use him again.
