We bought the Holiday Bucket. 10 pieces of fresh hot & spicy Chicken , with 2 sides, mashed potatoes & gravy , red beans & rice 6 biscuits 20.00 what a deal !!!!

At 5:36pm I was told they were out of white meat that they only had dark meat. Not that they were temporary out and cooking more just that there was none. The customer service at the 15th Street location gets worse everytime I go. Also, there is a huge unavoidable pot hole right in front of the window that has been there for weeks. Maybe when Bojangles opens and they have competition the owner might make some positive changes.

The representative at the drive in window had a awful attitude. When I mentioned that we didn't have cutlery, she rolled her eyes as she went to get them. When we asked for honey, she sucked her teeth as she went to get it. We spent almost $40 on the order, yet when I got home, there was something missing. I called & spoke with the Manager (TY) who was extremely apologetic & reasonable. I Iive far away from the store, so it wasn't something I really wanted to do. When I got to the window, the same rep was there. She threw the window open & said "Yessss!" Again with attitude. A back & forth ensued. Finally, I told her to get her Manager. TY came to the window & handled the situation with TLC. I'll drive the longer distance from now on if we want Popeyes Chicken, or accoutrements.

I love Popeyes as much as I love KFC. Both seem to have gone down pretty bad in customer service over the past decade though. The food isn't the problem, I have eaten at this Popeyes probably ten times in five years. Every. Single. Time. My order has been wrong, usually it takes so long to get I don't even bother to go get it fixed. I wish theyed open a new one on the beach since this is the only place I can get my fix

My family was the first customers of the day at 10:30 am Sunday morning. The bathroom was sooooooo dirty and no hand towels in the dispenser. Quite obvious that cleanliness is not important and really made me nervous eating at a place like that.

It was good, quick food on the fly. The chicken was freshly cooked at the time we arrived. I'd say pretty good as far as fast food goes.

Not only am I embarassed for the employees but I'm terribly embarrassed for the customers who had to deal with the Drive Thru order taker Nani. The atrocious attitude, excessive eye rolling and the horrible conversation she was having in the lobby with a friend about customers in the lobby..
Let's start here. We came in to dine in the lobby. Standing at the counter, trying to make our order, Nanis horrible attitude and screaming overtook everyone's attention. No one even acknowledged her. Except all the customers who pulled off because of her. Let's also point out she probably rolled her eyes while a customer was trying to order about 4 or 5 times. Then as she handed off her headset and came out to the lobby to order food, she was talking about customers in the lobby. Horrible. Horrible. HORRIBLE. Why would you let someone work here, much less deal with the customers?? What a shame.response / report this review -

This place is a joke. Drive thru lady seemed like she was just miserable there. No kind of friendliness, had to wait for over 20 minutes on food. Then was told that they hadn't cooked enough legs. Made me wait 20 more minutes just cheat me out 2 pcs and on top of that the chicken was undercooked and had a foul smell as if it where expired. Do not recommend eating here, you're better off getting mcds.

This location is the bare minimum of what I consider acceptable for a restaurant. I love Popeyes but, I would encourage anyone eating here to try one of the other locations in lieu of this one.

Every time I go to this Popeyes the service is extremely slow and they're always out of something or something isn't working. It took me 20 minutes to get through the drive through the last time I was here and they were out of lettuce. This time, their soda machine isn't working! Every time, my order is somehow wrong. Hard to turn into, poor, slow service. Would not recommend this specific affiliate to anyone. Especially if you are in a hurry.

Every time I visit this store, I am pulled around to the parking lot, regardless of what I order, and after waiting anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes while someone in front of me sits at the window. My order is almost always wrong, and I've not gotten the dipping sauces that are supposed to come with their respective combos one single time. I shouldn't need to ask. Especially when it's a special and the sauce is tasted as one of the main attractions. Also, It's stated in the meal description that the sauces are part of it. It should be automatic. The chicken is amazing when it's hot and somewhat fresh, but good luck. Usually, it's borderline inedible. The workers are always nice and pleasant. Overall, it's almost always a below average experience.
