Best restaurant in Key West. Friendly service and outstanding food. It may be obvious with a name like “Seven Fish”, but this is a great place for seafood. Order one of their daily fish specials and you can’t go wrong. Desserts are also amazing.

I'm staying a block away and heard great things about this place, so I went for dinner. They have been in their new location for about six months according to the waitress. I made reservations for 6:15 and was seated immediately. It began filling up pretty fast, but they have much more capacity than the former location. There's even a room for large parties or gatherings. It's also very accessible for those with disabilities. I am one, so I notice that now.

Tina was my awesome server. I started with an Olivia Street Old Fashioned from the bar. Then, I had the mixed green salad with balsamic vinaigrette. It was very fresh! It came with a piece of their homemade focaccia bread. It was so good, I got another piece with my dinner. And for dinner, I had the sea scallops over mashed potatoes, puree pea and spinach. The couple next to me remarked on how good it looked and the husband admitted he almost ordered it, but he went with another dish. I finished with the brownie topped with ice cream and toasted coconut. Everything was delicious. Their special fishes of the day were yellow-tailed snapper, Mahi Mahi, and grouper.

The wait staff were all very helpful and were good about helping each other. Another waitress topped off my water glass a couple of times; my waitress was taking an order from a large family at the time. I liked how they cooperated to make sure all the customers were kept happy.

Here's a few things I heard from diners around me. I was dining alone so I had nothing to do but listen! A couple across from me ordered the crab cake as an appetizer. When the waitress came to gather their plates, she asked how it was and the husband said he'd like another one. And he wasn't just complimenting the dish; they actually ordered another one! The man dining next to me seemed to enjoy the spicy tuna roll. The couple next to me had dined at the old location and liked the new location. They mentioned how they come every time they visit Key West.

While I suggest reservations, if you're feeling spontaneous and you want to eat here, just give them a call. The waitress was talking to the couple next to me about how a lot of people assume they can't get in and so they've had nights where it's weirdly empty. Maybe some people don't realize how many people can be seated in the new location? Bonus points for the foam under the tables. I've banged my knees on so many tables that I was overjoyed when I felt squishy foam instead. Also, the giant screen projecting marine life was beautiful!

Seafood ceviche was finely prepared comes served over greens would make a excellent salad choice. The grouper w/ mango papaya chutney over angel hair pasta topped with toasted sliced almonds broccoli and carrots was cooked perfectly and tasted very fresh, sweet and spicy with hints of ginger, pasta was also seasoned well and not just boiled noodles under awesome flavor! Service was on par with the food, very friendly. Highly recommend visiting Seven Fish!

Just had two amazing dinners at 7 Fish! The food was phenomenal and the service by Christine was even better! We come to Key West at least twice a year and make sure to visit each time.

Stayed in KW for 6 days, this was hands down the best food we had while here. Got the Spicy Tuna as an app- best spicy tuna I've ever eaten (I'm an avid sushi eater and well traveled, so that's saying something). The gnocchi dish with fish was AMAZING- easily top ten most delicious meals we've ever eaten. The service was great! Sombra was an awesome server, polite, knowledgeable, and stopped by just the right amount. Ambience was nice, had the fancy restaurant look but a casual/cozy feel. Will definitely come back next time we're in KW!

Great Food and Atmosphere ! We had mixed green salad , crab and mushroom penne, and crawfish bay scallops in a mango chutney and key lime pie for dessert.

This place was highly recommended by 2 locals, but we were very disappointed with the food. We both ordered snapper-mine was with mango salsa over a bed of pasta with vegetables . The fish was good but the pasta had no sauce and the vegetables were over cooked. My husband also had snapper in a curry sauce with sticky rice and overdone veggies- the dish was OK, but definitely not gourmet. Once the place was full, it was so noisy that it was almost impossible to talk. The best part of our meal was the server, Olga. The prices are on the high side, which would be fine, if the food was good. It was a disappointing experience.

The food here is FANTASTIC. To quote my wife "That meal was perfect". The fish is fresh and plentiful. The veggies and side dishes were great as well. You'll definitely love it.

Another great little find on our holiday in Key West. We waited around 25 mins for a table and sat at the bar, but the food was amazing! So nondescript and intimate is this pretty little number down a quiet residential street. My other half loved the crab cakes. I loved the food, but the wine was E.V.E.R.Y.T.H.I.N.G. Definitely try
