Small but diverse lunch menu. Good spot for a leisurely lunch with a couple cocktails. Great service that's friendly without being intrusive.

Ate there for Thanksgiving dinner and no bar available to order drinks. They only had beer and wine which is not good because there’s no consideration for those who cannot drink those items. The dining area was freezing and we sat there shivering and freezing our butts off trying to eat our dinner. The stuffing restaurant and tasted like is the stuffing. For $45 per person nothing should go wrong and there should be no reason to complain and the food should be high-quality. The stuffing was not fresh and many dishes were not good quality. The worst part were the desserts. I brought dessert on my table and went to the bathroom and my waiter took my desserts away. When I got back to get my desserts they were gone and when I went out to the buffet there was nothing left . Many people never had dessert. Next time be more prepared, have a better planned menu of quality food and variety of desserts. Have your bar available

I went here on Thanksgiving so take from this review what you will. Service was awful. 40% gratuity was added to the bill automatically which explains why we never had water at our table. The "prime rib" was grey, absolutely over cooked and no one seemed to care. Very disappointed by the service, price and quality tonight. Avoid this spot, there are many nearby who actually care.

Attended an upscale function here. The atmosphere was pleasant. The food was just okay. There was much confusion in the kitchen and many patrons got food late and cold. I don't foresee ever going there outside of the yearly function we attend. Not the best option for us

Polo Grill and Bar not only have delicious menu and fantastic service, but also is a company with a heart who contributes to our community every chance they get. They have my vote.

Food was absolutely fantastic! The staff could not have been more friendly and receptive. The lobster was delicious. The waitress told me they fly it in fresh from Maine twice a week. My friend had the bar burger and the pickled onions gave it such an amazing flavor. Absolutely would recommend. I will definitely be coming back!

Hot and cold experience here. Sometimes it is great and other times it is terrible. No consistency. The menu is high priced so would expect great service everytime. We need a nice restaurant like this on LWR Main street so hope they can kick it up a notch.

Living on LBK across the street from Pattigeorge's I had high expectations for Polo Grill. We arrived 15 mins early for our 6pm reservation and were promptly seated. Our server Ryan was polite but not friendly. He should smile. He also didn't seem to know the specials and what they came with. I was there with my wife for our anniversary. She planned the dinner and reserved me the 2 whole main lobsters special. I didn't know what I would get in the quality department with lobsters. Lets just say I'm hard to please and I completely enjoyed my meal. My wife loved her Grouper. We had a great night. Good job Tommy!
