This place is wonderful. Warm friendly. And simply beautiful. The food was great, reasonably priced. The bartender Aron ( female ) is hysterical. They have daily drink specials. I will return for sure.

We went there this evening. It was our third meal at the Buckeye Tavern. Each time the food has been wonderful and the service exceptional! We definitely look forward to making it a regular haunt ! Thank you. A truly pleasurable experience.

My wife and I both had the prime rib special. The food was fantastic. It was the first time we had been back since the renovation, the decor and atmosphere were both really nice. We will be back again.

This was the first visit back since "the event"My wife and I were expecting much less than what we received. The Black Diamond steak was spectacular throughout and my wife tried the seafood scampi, which was a special that Saturday. She is still talking about how good it was even today. So for about $60 including gratuity, we had a filing and memorable feast that will keep us coming back to try more. We also had the wings, hot & honey style, a favorite from before, and they did not disappoint. Thanks for the great dining experience.

The new buckeye is nice. I think the smaller environment is more cohesive than the original, but I'll miss the balcony. Food was good. Bar seating is good without being in the way. Staff was very nice. Nice to have it back, and better to boot.

It's in an historic stone bldg. It had burned down and was rebuilt. You can occasionally notice a smokey smell but it adds to the ambiance of the building. It was a little louder than I like but the food is great.

Went there today for my bday. My girl had the pulled pork sandwich and I had the triple bypass burger. It was super amazing. And the glass for the beers we're frozen. Absolutely the best way to serve beer. Will be back again for sure

They just reopened after a 2-year rebuilding after a fire. I still consider it a work in progress. The menu is similar to the old menu. What is missing is a second floor which results in one open floor plan. Visually this works with the high ceiling, yet a second floor over the kitchen overlooking the main dining room would have worked much better.

We go here about every few months. Food has always been top notch with great service. I'm going tomorrow evening for a burger and my friend's getting some wings, Delicious as always!!

Surprised by the lower reviews, I think the place is great. Prices may be a touch on the high side, so I don't go every weekbut otherwise I would. The wings are the best around in my opinion.

My family initially loved this place but then the owner decided to start charging extra for common side replacement like fries. AND, more importantly, they only offer lemonade and soda with the kid's meals, milk is not even an option, juice is extra. Way to support a healthy youth, and I'm not a health nut. The reason given for both decisions was that the owner polled the local restaurants and they supposedly were doing the same thing. Which restaurants? My family has been in this area for a while and we go out more than we should.but that means that we also know for a fact that other restaurants in the area most certainly do NOT only serve lemonade/soda with kid's meals and do NOT charge an extra $2 for french fries instead of potato chips. I'm sorry, Buckeye chips. If the policies change, we will give it another shot since it WAS a nice little place for a quick bite of decent bar food and a relaxing hang out. As it is, we will go to the Pub on Main.
